- 1. for new join staff - izit compulsory we need to fill their past employment deduction details in order to get 1st join month PCB deduction amount? Yes - & the amount calculated from PERNAH KERJA will apply solely for March （assume 1st join month) ? what about subsequent months PCB deduction? how do i come out the figure for subsequent month PCB? You only need calculated 1 time on march, if following month no difference with march , then no need calculate again, just follow ma ... ...
