- Oh. As I still hv time looking, I think I will consider others first. If I am looking for tenant for my smaller room, $300 is no problem. Hv to be fair to all my tenants (1 of them also from JB, weekends also not in Singapore). Thanks for your interest.

- I hv 1 small room (2 to a room $300 each but filled up already). This big room I can offer the best price $320 each, same as current tenant, very reasonable (include PUB and fibre broadband). What are you working as? I don't want night shift.

I am helping my tenant to look for a pleasant and friendly Malaysian Chinese Working Lady (no night shift) to share a big common room. 13 mins walk or 2 bus stop to Pioneer MRT station. Near shops, Prime and Giant supermarkets and eateries and other amenities. This is an executive flat with big balcony to hang laundry. You will have your own single bed n mattress, 3-door wardrobe and a writing table. Only cooking of instant noodles and heating up food using microwave oven allowed. Water heater and washing machine available.
$330 per person inclusive of PUB and internet. Non-smoking, ladies environment. Available 1 Jan 2014. Earlier shift in can be arranged.
Must not mind having a pet Maltese dog in the house who is quiet and well-behaved.
Not interested in short term rental.
