The paid-up share capital and number of issued share of PMIM is RM2.00 comprising of 2 ordinary shares. Its intended principal activity is an investment holding company. The Directors of PMIM are Tan Sri Dato' Koon Poh Keong, Dato' Koon Poh Tat and Mr Koon Poh Ming. 3. Financial Effects The above incorporation will not have any material effect on the share capital, substantial shareholders' shareholdings, earnings per share and net assets of the Company and its subsidiaries for the financial year ending 31 December 2018. 4. Directors' and Major Shareholders' Interests None of the Directors and/or major shareholders of PMAH and/or persons connected to them have any interest, direct or indirect in the said incorporation. 5. Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19(5) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad,  the Board of Directors of PMAH wishes to announce that the Company and its wholly-owned subsidiary, PMIM Extrusion Sdn Bhd had completed  Internal Reorganisation exercise which involved, amongst others,  the following:- (i)    Transfer of the Company's entire equity interest in Press Metal Berhad ("PMB") to   PMIM Extrusion Sdn Bhd; (ii)   Transfer of the Company's entire equity interest in Press Metal UK Limited ("PMUK") to PMIM Extrusion Sdn Bhd; (iii)   Transfer of the Company's entire equity interest in Press Metal Aluminium (Australia)   Pty. Ltd. ("PMAA") to PMIM Extrusion Sdn Bhd; and (iv)   Transfer of the Company's entire equity interest in Press Metal North America Inc.  ("PMNA") to PMIM Extrusion Sdn Bhd. Upon completion of the Internal Reorganisation, PMB, PMUK, PMAA and PMNA became direct wholly-owned subsidiaries of PMIM Extrusion Sdn Bhd. The Internal Reorganisation enables the Group to streamline its operation processes and improve business efficiency in the overall Group administration. The Internal Reorganisation  is not expected to have any effect on the share capital of PMAH or PMAH's substantial shareholders' shareholdings or any material effect on the earnings, net assets or gearing of PMAH for the financial year ending 31 December 2018. （吉隆坡1日讯）齐力工业（PMETAL，8869，主板工业股）自砂拉越电供公司（SESCO）获得长期电力保障，有望自2020年开始显著扩充产能，不过，大部份分析员虽正面看待上述发展，但因铝金属售价低迷，有者仍对其前景保持谨慎。

无论如何，该股周四（1日）在炙热交投中扶摇直上，全天大涨31仙或6.8%，以4.86令吉挂收，成为第2大上升股，成交量为1658万股；其凭单齐力工业-WC（PMETAL-WC）亦在同天劲扬35仙或8.5%，以4.46令吉报收，是最大上升股，与母股一起包办上升榜冠亚军。

肯纳格研究分析员指出，根据双方签署的购电协议，齐力工业将分2个阶段从SESCO获得为500兆瓦（MW）的电供，其中300兆瓦在2020年10月开始可供使用，为期15年，而另外200兆瓦电力供应会在适当的时候到位。

无论如何，他相信，从明年10月起，该公司有望获得上述500兆瓦的全部电供，用来大幅扩充其铝金属冶炼产能。

“齐力工业已经计划在三玛拉朱（Samalaju）工业园建造第3座铝冶炼厂，每年产能为32万吨。”

分析员表示，上述厂房的建筑工程需时11个月，最快会在下个月开始动工，意味该厂房可能在明年10月开始供电前完成。

大马投行分析员则称，以32万吨的新增产能计算，齐力工业的整体每年产能将由目前的76万吨，劲扬42%至108万吨。

同时，分析员认为，齐力工业需为相关厂房投入约15亿令吉的资本开销，与建造第2座铝冶炼厂时相差不远。他亦了解到，上述购电协议定下的电力收费相当廉宜，只比齐力工业当前所付的电费稍高。

肯纳格研究分析员以每吨2000美元的铝金属平均售价、1亿5000万令吉的折旧开销、8000万令吉的新增融资成本估算，认为齐力工业在明年10月扩充产能后，2020财政年（12月31日结账）的盈利将增加3900万令吉，而2021财政年的完整全年盈利贡献将上看2亿4000万令吉左右。

前景谨慎

不过，大马投行分析员基于2个原因，对齐力工业前景保持谨慎。

他表示，如今铝价疲弱，前景不明，加上其原料--矾土（alumina）的进货成本上涨，炼铝企业面对赚幅受压的问题。

其次，齐力工业的预估本益比（PE）在25倍左右，高于全球主要同行的10倍平均值，或将局限该股的上涨空间。

鉴于铝价低迷，兴业投行分析员同样对齐力工业持谨慎态度。

他指出，由于中美贸易战和全球经济放缓成长，市场担忧铝的需求前景，目前伦敦金属交易所（LME）的铝期货价格在每吨1700至1800美元之间徘徊。

该分析员将2019和2020年的平均铝价预期限下修到每吨1850美元及1855美元。
