有人知道這支基金的投資目的地與其投資的領域,公司是哪些嗎?
他何其他公司的產業基金有什麼不一樣?是close-end 的嗎? |

Launching at a NAV of RM0.25 per unit, PFEPRF is suitable for moderate investors who can expect extended periods of market highs and lows in pursuit of capital growth. During the 21-day initial offer period from 10 July 2007 to 30 July 2007, a promotional service charge of 5.45% of NAV per unit is levied upon the purchase of units of PFEPRF by investors. The minimum initial investment for the fund is RM1,000 and the minimum additional investment is RM100. “PFEPRF will, on a best effort basis, distribute income annually to unitholders,” he said. |
一开始NAV就0.25/单位?

An equity fund that seeks to achieve capital growth over the medium- to long-term period
by investing in companies that are principally engaged in property investment and
development, hotel and resorts development and investment, and real estate investment
trusts (REITs) in domestic and regional markets. The fund may also invest in companies
which have significant property or real estate assets, i.e. companies which have at least
70% of their assets comprised of property or real estate assets.
Up to 80% of the fund’s NAV can be invested in selected regional markets which include
Japan, Australia, Hong Kong, China, Singapore, Taiwan, Philippines, Thailand, New
Zealand, Indonesia, South Korea and other approved markets.
Other than investing in REITS, PFEPRF can invest in stocks which are involved in property
investment and development, hotel & resorts development and investment in the domestic
and regional markets |

当然!没有free 1%,所以是0.25/单位,不过优待服务费5.45%,不是6.5%。。。 |

这和REIT是不一样的。这基金能投资在REIT。
它主要投资在产业发展,度假村,酒店等行业。 |

如果NAV是0.25的话, 加上服务费不就0.26++了? |

这个是open ended fund。大众所有的基金都是open ended fund。 |

我看到Allianz的REIT(REIT也只是其中一项还有投资在别的)更吸引人!
他们要在3年里达到100% Return
不过Min是RM5K。

比如说,你投资RM1000...
算法:1000/(1.0545*0.25)= 3793.2670单位 |

正确的算法不是
1000-5.45%/0.2500 = 3782 units ?
不会算别乱来啦! |

其实....新的算法..我还是不怎么清楚...
只知道如果是新的fund,有offer的就.1.0545..
如果是旧的fund..好像是 1.0645...这样的..
我也买了这个fund...感觉满不错....
如果没有记错的话...public mutual好像第一个fund是这样的...
买产地的... |
