[实况][NTV7][星期日][9PM] THE FIRM 办公斗争 （第十集完结）

简介：
又一部Popiah Pictures制作（前作有Realiti, Nescafe Kickstart, Table For Two, Each Other, Kopitiam Season 1)，这是Popiah Pictrues续Nescafe Kickstart另一部实况节目佳作。The Firm的概念和美国The Apprentice的相似度高达70%，由一个CEO, 两个Corporate Leader和十个参赛者组成，剧情高潮迭起，非常的Dramatic和Means。每一集个别有个TASK给与参赛者，输掉的队伍将会淘汰一位参赛者，直至最后剩下一位参赛者而赢之。其中发生了什么勾心斗角的剧情，记得收看NTV7 6月24日星期日开播的The Firm。

NTV7’s The Firm - What A Shame!

I was very frustrated at the “Malaysian Version of The Apprentice” show that was aired on NTV7 last nite. I just have to say that 90% of the contestants were hopeless especially the so called Dr. Johar. Is he a real doctor with MBA in Finance? Oh come on..He’s soo inarticulate and soo theoretical. I was quite surprised that he has Management Consultancy as his profession and works as a lecturer to MBA Students at Systematic College. Oh Gosh, please don’t go to Systematic College! It’s so obvious that he does not have the right relevant experience in Marketing and Sales and what it takes to be a businessman. Sun Tzu and Art of War? Ohh pleaasse.. what should they focus on is not the number of walk-ins but the number of sign-ups. Walk-ins will not necessarily convert to sales i.e. sign-ups. A real shame! They persuaded people by saying that “Ohhh pleaaase come in, I am in a competition, please come in.PLEASE HELP ME…Triple Shame!” Dr. Johar went over to Fitness First and said to them, “We are here to win, here are our plans”, instead of “We are here to help you to improve your business and portray the best image and branding and what Fitness First can do to people. Dr. Johar is soo immature! NTV7’s objective is for the show to provide a platform to find Malaysia’s next corporate high flier, as well as provide education on running a business. But I think it has just fallen flat on its face.
Business is about finding the right niche, having the right targeted market and focus on attracting this market. The contestants just cast their net wide. They just think everybody and anybody would come and join Fitness First EVEN those who are FIT like an athelete who probably already have their own personal fitness programme! Gosh!!!! How stupid could that be! You need to focus on your niche (as you have better CHANCE) and try to find as many unhealthy people as possible for example, those who frequent fastfood joints, those who have weight problems (need to look around hard). Those who want to look good but still have flabby waists, those in OSIM shops, those at slimming centres etc..You can’t just catch passer-bys and expect them to come in. You should co-ordinate efforts by contacting these places where your most likely customers are.

那位老兄的评语有够HARSH，头头是道，说出了他心中的一些想法都感觉很有道理似的。
可是从中觉得到他看这个REALITY SHOW，看得有点表面，也许是完全投入SHOW中，却没有想到SHOW外的一些可能因素是否影响了自己对SHOW中人的看法。 |

好可惜哦。。
大美人KHAI被淘汰了。。
KHAI身为Leader，迟到，捉不定主意，时常梦游，被淘汰也是有道理的。
引用一位时常当Leader友人的话，Leader没有一个是受全部人欢迎的一个角色，不管什么事都好，只要在Right Place, Right Time 做最Right的事情，就是一个好Leader了。
Team Dynamic终于赢了，Carmen激动到哭。。啊哈哈。。 |
