如果2亿令吉是用来买地,开拓种植油棕业务,那么也是个不错的举措。对,种油棕是要等的,任何公司都一样。除非买现成5年树龄的油棕园;但是价钱和成本相对提高。
Kfima也是一个很好的选择,股价目前是便宜和低估。 |

菲马承诺维持30仙股息 產业投资寻求8%回酬

(吉隆坡24日讯)菲马机构(FIMACOR,3107,主板產业股)管理层表示,儘管该公司並没有制定股息政策,不过该公司向股东承诺將维持每股30仙或更高的股息派发,以回馈股东。
菲马机构截至2013財政年(截至3月31日止)的全年净股息为每股30.13仙,高于2012財政年的每股26.25仙。
一名出席菲马机构股东常年大会的小股东向《东方財经》表示,在股东大会上,股东对该公司將如何善用手握的2亿7000万令吉现金表示关注,並且希望公司可以派发更高的股息。
净现金流健康
菲马机构董事经理罗斯兰哈密尔回应说,该公司的净现金流处在健康水平,因此他不排除公司將进行產业投资活动;不过,前提是,相关產业的回酬率至少要达到8%。至于增加股息派发,他向股东承诺,虽然公司没有股息政策,但是会维持每股30仙的股息派发,或高于每股30仙。
此外,小股东也对该公司旗下种植业务的盈利下跌表示关心。
罗斯兰哈密尔解释说,棕油业务盈利下跌,主要是因为2010年至2011年的棕油价格处于高峰时期,然而,今非昔比,棕油价格从高水平下跌,导致公司的棕油盈利大不如前。
根据该公司2013年年报指出,该公司2013財政年的棕油业务的营运盈利为3229万令吉,比上一財政年的4684万2000令吉,按年下跌31.07%。
另外,根据《彭博社》数据,原棕油价格从2011年的每公吨约3900令吉,挫跌至目前的每公吨约2300令吉。
与此同时,罗斯兰哈密尔在股东大会后向媒体表示,该公司对棕油业务前景依然正面,但是,他不愿预测原棕油的价格走势。
他说,「若是棕油价格处于每公吨1500令吉水平,该公司將会採取提升生產率及降低成本的措施。」他称,在2013財政年,棕油业务占公司总营业额的30%。
他透露,目前该公司在印尼加里曼丹的2万公顷地皮,依然处于申请阶段,等待当局批准。而可种植地皮占1万2400公顷,当中已种植的地段为6400公顷,还未种植的地段为6000公顷,而余下的地段为非种植地。
针对该公司会否进一步扩充海外时,他表示,目前並无拓展海外的打算,其种植业务將继续专注在大马、印尼及巴布亚新几內亚。同时,他指出,菲马机构位于登嘉楼的1940英亩种植地的油棕树树龄已高达29年,因此该公司计划进行翻种,而翻种成本为每英亩6000令吉。
另一方面,针对占公司营业额60%的印刷製造业务,罗斯兰哈密尔说,该业务90%的合约来自政府机构,该些合约为期1至3年,取决于產品类型。该公司预计该业务不会出现显著的成长,除非有新的產品推出。
当询及產业业务的前景时,他表示,菲马机构不会进行產业发展,反而会寻找良好的產业资產投资机会,但前提是相关產业投资可带来至少8%的回酬。[东方日报财经] |

菲马机构毛利上涨

(吉隆坡13日讯)菲马机构有限公司(FIMACOR,3107,工业产品组)公布,在截至2013年9月30日止第2财季,所取得的税前利润按年从2525万令吉上升至2625万令吉。
该投资控股公司致函马交易所表示,但是营业额由前期的8373万令吉下降至8253万令吉。
该集团指出,油棕业务收入减少,主要是原棕油价格较低,以及原棕仁油没有录得销量。
它透露:“虽然,预计下半年来自生产保安和机密证件的收入会较低,主要是由于某些工作的周期性需求所致,不过董事们预测,今年余下时间的表现将会令人满意。”[东方网财经]

菲马首季净利增16% 每股派息20仙

(吉隆坡23日讯)业务稳健成长,且联号公司的盈利贡献增加,带动菲马(FIMACOR,3107,主板工业产品股)截至3月31日财年净利按年增加15.73%。
集团公布,2014财年净赚6738万6000令吉或每股83.74仙,高于去年的5822万9000令吉或72.36仙。
营业额则攀升14.17%,至3亿4838万2000令吉。
同时,首季净利报1016万5000令吉或每股12.63仙,从去年同期为874万2000令吉或10.86仙,按年上扬16.28%。
至于营业额从7590万1000令吉,按年扩增31.62%,报9990万4000令吉。
此外,集团宣布派发每股15仙的第二次中期单层股息,及每股5仙的特别单层股息,除权日落在7月17日。【南洋网财经】
