Job Title: Data Entry Staff

Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry Staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for entering accurate data from MS Word documents into our cloud-based systems. The ideal candidate must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and a high level of accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately input data into the company’s cloud-based system.
• Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness.
• Follow data confidentiality and security protocols.
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma Level or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office     (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
  

Experience:

• Prior experience in data entry is preferred but not required.
