（吉隆坡27日讯）大马交易所批准太阳能光伏（PV）系统建筑集团Sunview Group Bhd于今年第四季在大马交易所创业板挂牌。

Sunview为商业和工业（C&I）以及住宅建筑提供太阳能光伏设施的工程、采购、建设和调试（EPCC）。

首次公开募股（IPO）包括公开发售1亿1800万股新股，相等于集团上市后扩大发行股本的25.21%。

其中8540万股将配售给指定投资者，以及2360万股供大马公众人士认购。

Sunview表示，另外900万股将保留给合格董事、雇员及对集团有贡献的人士。

根据Sunview网站，集团在沙巴、纳闽及菲律宾获得项目。最大的C&I安装涉及位于雪兰莪梳邦再也IL Solar私人有限公司的10MWac地面安装太阳能光伏资产。

（吉隆坡2日讯）Sunview Group Bhd与安联回教银行（Alliance Islamic Bank Bhd）签署包销协议，以便进行首次公开募股（IPO）及在创业板上市。

这家端到端太阳能光伏（PV）系统建设公司在文告中表示，IPO涉及公开发售1亿1800万股新股，安联回教银行同意包销3260万股。

Sunview指出，新股相等于上市后扩大发行股本的25.21%，其中2360万股将供大马公众人士申请，900万股将保留给合格董事、雇员及对集团有贡献的人士。

Sunview表示，另外8540万股将私下配售给指定投资者。

Sunview总执行长王罕斌透露，随着越来越多公司通过政府发起的各种可再生能源项目转型为“净零”（net zero），促使市场对太阳能光伏设备的需求一直处于上升趋势。

他说：“我们想利用这个机会，乘着这波浪潮前进。我们打算利用所得款项进一步发展业务，将集团推向另一个高峰。所得款项将用于拓展业务、充当资本开销、营运资本、偿还银行贷款以及支付上市费用。”

Sunview为商业和工业及住宅建筑提供太阳能光伏设施的工程、采购、建造和调试。

Sunview于7月27日获得大马交易所批准在创业板挂牌，估计将在今年第四季上市。

安联回教银行是此次IPO活动的主要顾问、保荐人、独家包销商及配售代理。

（吉隆坡17日讯）SUNVIEW集团（SUNVIEW,0262,创业板工业产品服务组）今日首次亮相大马交易所创业板表现出色，以59.5仙开市，较29仙发售价共溢价105.17%，成交量882万股。

该股最高上涨至61仙，闭市报46仙，共溢价17仙或58.62%，成交量1亿2757万1100股，为全场最热门股。

Sunview集团首席执行员王罕斌表示：“我们在相对较短的时间内抵达现在的位置，证明了管理团队和员工在过去9年中倾注的集体努力。没有他们，我们无法实现转型为综合再生能源企业，专业从事太阳能光伏（PV）设施的工程、采购、建设和调试（EPCC），以及建设和安装服务，同时提供太阳能发电和供应，以及相关的服务和产品。”

“然而，我们的前进步伐并不止于此。我们将善用上市地位来维持未来的增长势头。”

该公司在IPO活动下共筹集3422万令吉。其中167万令吉将用于扩展业务（4.88%）、185万5000令吉为资本开销（5.42%）、2009万5000令吉是营运资本（58.72%）、700万令吉偿还银行贷款（20.46%），余下360万令吉为上市支出（10.52%）。

该公司共发行1亿1800万新股，占扩大后股本的25.21%，上市后市值将高达1亿3572万令吉。这批新股当中，2360万股供公众申购，900万股配给合格董事、雇员和有贡献者，其余8540万股则私下配售给指定投资者。

其首次公开售股（IPO）公开让公众认购的新股获得63.19倍超额认购。
