昨天收到alliance bank email我这个信件，哪位大哥可以解释下是什么来的？原文如下。。。

Common Reporting Standard ("CRS")

Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad and Alliance Islamic Bank Berhad as a Malaysian Financial Institution (“MYFI”) are required to collect declaration of your tax residency for the purpose of complying with CRS.

We would appreciate it if you could complete the attached CRS Self-Certification Form.

Kindly email the completed CRS Self-Certification Form to our Customer Service at info@alliancefg.com or fax to 03-5621 5624 by 31 January 2019 to avoid any banking service disruption which may include closure of your account.

Moving forward, you are also required to notify us of any changes in your tax obligations.

We seek your kind understanding and would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your continuous support.
