GSN is responsible for theend-to-end management of our credit, collections and fraud operations aroundthe world. GFPS manages fraud capabilities, strategies and operations toprotect American Express merchants and customers from fraud by handling allaspects of the fraud lifecycle, including prevention, detection and recoveries. What’s in store for you?
- Handle incoming Authorizations Requests from US customers - resolved within the assigned empowerment limit guided by existing US Authorizations Policies and Procedures.
- Verify Name & Address of the card members for merchants
- Liaise with partner banks to confirm card members details and spend request approval
- Update support messages, account status and create case set up into Amex applications for Fraud, Credit review.
- Handle calls with highest quality standards and ensure we deliver our brand promise.
- Handle internal customer enquiries on Authorizations related queries.
- Uphold the highest level of integrity by adhering to Compliance including, but not restricted; to law and regulations, privacy and data protection principles, anti-corruption, anti-money laundering, code of conduct and sanction rules.
- Participate in scheduled off phone work related activities, including briefings/trainings, townhalls, employee engagement and team building activities.
