请问Forced Sale Valuation 是指我的屋的实际价吗？

如题：forced sale Valuation是不是等于说这间屋子的市场价呢？
我买了间屋子，价钱比Valuation report出来的 forced sale Valuation 高出90千，是我买贵了还是怎样？有谁知道。 |
