看官方网站是写进cargo luggage和hand carry luggage加起来只可以两个。是真的吗？

這裡註明了。。。每位乘客只能check in兩個luggage（30公斤 - 經濟艙）和一個帶上飛機的行李箱包外加一個laptop包或handbag

Malindo的机票是不是已经包括30kg的行李箱寄舱？还是需要另外add on的?
我是从新加坡飞KL的。

Malindo是由包括的。但你的是从国外飞国内就不清楚，建议你看回你机票及查回malindo网站较好。

刚刚用email问了他们的customer service

(Note: all business class entitled for 40kg/person).
Domestic flights (within Malaysia) ATR-72 = 15kg/person(Inclusive of flights flying to Batam-BTH/Pekanbaru-PKU)

Domestic Flight (within Malaysia) Boeing = 30kg/person/infant10kg(KCH/BKI/LGK/PEN/JHB/MYY)

Singapore/Thailand/Vietnam/Indonesia(BDO/DPS/CGK) = 30kg/person/infant10kg

Bangladesh/Nepal/Pakistan/Perth/Colombo/China(HKG/SYX) = 30kg/person/infant-10kg

India (Cochi (COK)/Mumbai (BOM)/Trichy (TRZ)/Trivandrum(TRV)) = 30kg/person (except from KLIA(KUL) to Delhi(DEL)/Amritsar(ATQ) its 20kg) & (from Delhi (DEL)/Amritsar (ATQ) to KLIA(KUL) its 25kg)

Kindly note for connecting flights ex:Sin-Kul-India total allowance for economy is 30kg (the passengers are entitled for highest amount of free baggage allowance for connecting flights)

The maximum number of bags is 2 pieces/person for check in luggage. No specific weight imposed on each baggage, provided total weight does not exceed allowance.

Passengers are allowed to bring up to 7kg (Economy 1 piece/Business 2 pieces) with the dimensions of 35cm x 55cm x 25cm (length x width x think) of hand luggage on board Malindo Air Flights. Per Passenger is only allowed to carry one laptop bag and it is not included underhand luggage allowance.

For additional pre-booked baggage please proceed to our sales counter or contact our call centre to assist you in purchasing it, at least, 6hours before the scheduled departure time.

Note, baggage drop must be made at least 1hour 30mins prior to scheduled departure.
