又来一个新的发展, one jesselton waterfront

UALA LUMPUR, March 16, 2015:
A new mall is coming up at Jalan Tanjung Lipat, Kota Kinabalu, developed jointly by Suria Capital Holdings Bhd and Gabungan AQRS Bhd.
The mall is part of the One Jesselton Waterfront project, which also features residential units, service apartments and office towers.
In a Bursa filing, Suria Capital said the seven acre project is part of the 23.5 acres alienated “as part of the concession granted by the Sabah state government for the privatisation of seven major ports in 2003″.
The 99-year land lease runs till Dec 31, 2108.
The 18:82 joint venture will see Gabungan AQRS taking lead for the project with a minimum sales value of RM1.1 billion, which may rise to RM1.8 billion if a higher floor area ratio is approved by the authorities.
Suria Capital also plans to have its headquarters building within the project site.

一般人很难存6万吧!以一般上班打工族来看,以每月存500来看,需要10年,每月存1000才可以5年...

打工不久,就要存车的头期钱 (4000-6000)...以新入工薪金900开始算起的话,加上每年都会加薪的话,以首两年每月存150来计算, 6000也需要存3年半或4年才可以存到.到时候薪金大约有1800-2500之间了.然后再存钱..又要结婚又要屋子..可以存多少? |
