Hi, 我想问读了Diploma in Technology (Property Management)TARC , 然后读Bachelor of Estate Management (Hons)TARUC 要多久？？是不是读了这个diploma后，可以减短读这个degree的时间？？总结来说要几年呢？？学费大概是多少？

新加坡有的读吗？还是只有一间NUS能读？因为住johor想找近一点的地方读。log book会难吗 |

新加坡nus可以，
log book是工作日记，
考TPC时会用上。

diploma 两年4个月，读完了可以直接读第二年bachelor of estate management

registered real estate agent 只需要Diploma，
registered valuer 是需要bachelor的。 |

想請問你一下，如果讀完taruc的diploma in property management出來後是不是可以直接skip去寫log book？ |

你写的log book 是real estate agent license的？
如果是的话可以，
Taruc 的diploma in property management 已经得到accreditation，
就是说读完diploma就可以probation两年了，
过后考TPC过了就可以了。
如果是valuer license的话，
需要继续bachelor in estate management。

请问，我现在拥有工程师学位。如果我想成为registered valuer，可以去哪里报读呢？还是可以直接自习，然后去考试，过后再去实习、写log book？如果需要报读任何学校的话，有没有夜校？因为在做着工，不能full time去读。 |

想考取估价师 registered valuer执照，拥有任何学士bachelor文聘：
Royal Institute of Surveyor Malaysia(RISM)
可以申请课程和考试，总共10张paper，
全部paper及格，就可以去实习2年再考取执照。
RISM 有提供课程，没错的话是在星期六，一张paper RM1400(这是以前的价额)。
可以询问你的degree可以不可以exempted paper。 |
