股價穩定機制失靈？馬拉科夫仍跌不休

（吉隆坡20日訊）上週五（15日）才在馬股上市的馬拉科夫（MALAKOF，5264，主板貿服組）大熱倒灶，持續遭投資者狂賣，縱有“股價穩定機制”（Price Stabilizing Machanism）撐腰亦毫無作用，上市短短3天內即宣告跌破發售價。

扶盤經理耗67.6%固打

由於投資者大量拋售，出任“股價穩定經理”的馬來亞投資銀行上市至今疲於進場扶盤，截至週二已從公開市場吸納了1億5千450萬股股票，短短3天時間已將價格穩定機制提供的2億2千826萬股“購股固打”消耗了67.6%，情況讓人擔憂。

考慮到購股固打所剩無幾，投資者擔憂股價可能在馬來亞投資銀行停止扶盤後進一步下挫，馬拉科夫賣壓週三再次升級，讓股價一度重挫13仙或7.38%，至1令吉63仙，終場收市掛1令吉72仙，跌4仙，總成交量達1億1千346萬9千600股。

“股價穩定機制”是證券監督委員會（SC）在2008年推出的嶄新機制。在這項機制下，進行IPO的公司可委任投資銀行出任股價穩定經理，有關投行將被賦予“超額賣股”的權力，在新股取得超額認購時，暫時向大股東借出部份股票轉賣給市場公眾，隨後在有關企業成功上市後，才購回等量股票還回給大股東。

投行可透過兩種方法來購回股票，如何抉擇視股價表現而定；一是執行超額購股權，直接以IPO發售價向公司購買等量的股票。二則是直接從公開市場購股，但這做法只有在股價低迷、無法漲破IPO售價的情況下才會採用。

據瞭解，在過去3年間，不少重量級IPO均選擇採用“股價穩定機制”，且這些IPO在上市初期雖不乏表現欠佳者，惟至少都能在購股固打被用盡前保持在接近發售價水平。

其中，兩年前上市的亞航X（AAX，5238，主板貿服組），雖同樣在上市後面對賣壓，但仍在購股固打的撐腰下，於首兩週內力保1令吉25仙發售價，直到購股固打用盡後才持續下跌。去年上市的莫實得種植（BPLANT，5254，主板種植組），同樣在價格穩定經理的扶持下於上市初期力保1令吉60仙發售價，直到購股固打用盡。

大熱倒灶
散戶蒙虧

股票經紀受詢時指出，備受期待的馬拉科夫竟大熱倒灶，造成不少期待“IPO只漲不跌”魔力持續發酵而認購股票的散戶蒙受虧損。

“不少散戶已忍痛止損，因不想資金被牢套。”

經紀坦言，馬拉科夫股價弱勢確實讓許多人始料不及，因過往紀錄顯示具“股價穩定機制”扶持的IPO，不會在購股固打用盡前大幅跌破發售價，更何況馬拉科夫還在招股時取得不錯的認購率。

“馬拉科夫在招股活動中，機構超額認購率高達13倍，可說是近年來機構超額認購率最高的重量級IPO，這暗示機構對該公司股票需求極為殷切，可實際股價走勢卻截然相反。”

身為國內最受關注的土著企業大亨，丹斯里賽莫達旗下上市公司近年來卻陸續陷入低潮，股價異常低迷，前週上市的馬拉科夫（MALAKOF，5264，主板貿服組）急掀賣壓，更再次為“賽莫達概念股”增添新傷口。

賽莫達是大馬10大富豪之一，亦是企業活動高手，染指了國內諸多領域，包括一些壟斷或寡頭壟斷行業，如白米、天然氣供應等，身價料不下百億令吉，所以長期以來都是市場鎂光燈的照射焦點之一。

照理說，像賽莫達這樣的企業大亨，旗下上市公司理應也該有所表現才是；然而，實際情況卻是，雖然馬股近兩年表現不錯，“賽莫達概念股”卻幾乎全軍覆沒，業務方面亦遇上不小難題。

首先說賽莫達旗艦公司之一的多元資源工業（DRBHCOM，1619，主板工業產品組）；它原是一家盈利穩健、頗受投資者追捧的汽車財團，兩年前股價最高上探2令吉75仙，但自從收購翻身乏術的普騰（Proton）後，業績和股價表現雙雙急轉直下，截至上週五跌剩1令吉59仙。

另一旗艦公司――MMC機構（MMCCORP，2194，主板貿服組）表現同樣浮沉，這主要因旗下各業務近年表現參差，讓集團業績毫無亮點，市場原以為馬拉科夫的上市可刺激母公司表現，不料馬拉科夫大熱倒灶，反而讓MMC跟著面對賣壓。

同是MMC旗下的大馬氣體（GASMSIA，5209，主板貿服組），目前則深受津貼天然氣固打短缺的困擾，盈利持續下滑，急需和政府洽商解決之道。

粗略估計，從2014年至今，多元資源、MMC和大馬氣體的總市值就蒸發了約47億令吉，賽莫達身家亦明顯縮水，今年2月公佈的《福布斯》大馬10大富豪排行榜，賽莫達排名就從早年最高的第三位，大幅滑落至第八位。

只不過，賬面財富縮水其實無法代表甚麼，因實際上，賽莫達這幾年所部署的企業活動，至今保持全勝紀錄，無論是全購、私有化或是上市，當中還包括遭遇其他股東頑抗、但最終仍成功被私有化的國家稻米（Bernas）。

換句話說，賽莫達想做的一切其實都已圓滿做到；至於旗下公司的股價表現嘛，人家家財萬貫，根本不急於賣股，那又怎會在意股價表現？

（吉隆坡27日讯）截至3月杪，马拉卡（MALAKOF，5264，主板贸服股）首季净利按年激增38倍，录得1亿390万5000令吉，或每股盈利2.9仙，远超去年同期的264万2000令吉。

同期营业额报13亿4662万令吉，年增8.76%。

出色的表现，归功于丹绒宾（Tanjung Bin）发电厂产能走高。

同时，马拉卡在完成波德申发电厂的收购计划后，将后者的盈利纳入公司，也提振了业绩。

总执行长拿督斯里昔法依赛称：“亮眼的首季业绩，反映出公司强稳的营运模式和手持现金。”

展望未来，预计丹绒宾发电厂将持续捎来贡献，帮助公司交出更好的成绩。

此外，公司也宣布每股派发3仙的单层中期股息，除权日为6月10日，享有权益日是6月12日。

（吉隆坡28日訊）馬拉科夫（MALAKOF，5264，主板貿服組）2015年首季業績亮眼符合市場預測，雖然該公司股價跌破首次公開售股（IPO）發售價，惟分析員維持其評級及目標價，而任何股價跌勢將是累積良機。

股價跌勢為累積良機

大眾研究認為，首季良好業績，標誌著好的開始，看好該公司的獨立發電商業務。這是該公司重新上市後第一次業績公佈。

達證券指出，馬拉科夫首季淨利大漲至1億零390萬令吉是意料中事，若不包括外匯虧損2千830萬令吉，核心盈利達1億3千220萬令吉。

達證券保持財測，即2015年淨利料為4億1千萬令吉，及2016年淨利為5億2千300萬令吉。

該公司旗下丹絨賓能源預定商業營運日期仍按照軌道進行，目前已完成92%（目標為97%），管理層有信心如期完成。

該公司對柔州RAPID計劃的1千220兆瓦混合發電廠的洽談尚在進行中，據知，有關建築工程合約已經頒發。惟出口電力至新加坡與泰國則沒有透露新的發展。

達證券認為，馬拉科夫新上市表現令人失望，因股價跌破其發售價，該行認為，這主要是市場情緒欠佳所致。

預料該公司將固定派發股息，併購活動將是潛在動力，有鋻於此，股價回跌將是趁機累積時機。

馬拉科夫派發每股3仙的單級中期股息，管理層表示，該公司通常是每年派發兩次股息。

大眾認為，任何股價跌勢將是趁機累積良機。

馬拉卡丹絨賓發電廠 料3月投運

（吉隆坡4日訊）馬拉卡（MALAKOF，5264，主要板貿服）丹絨賓能源煤炭發電廠于上週日（31日）燃料爐成功點燃，意味著進展順利，料可在明年3月正式投運。

馬拉卡總營運長哈比胡欣今日通過文告說：“燃料燃鍋爐的進展是淮時完成發電廠的主要步驟，這為邁向下個重要里程碑鋪平道路。”

根據該公司網站資料，公司目前在大馬、沙地阿拉伯、阿爾及利亞，巴林和澳洲擁有11項發電計劃。這些發電廠的電量可高達6036兆瓦（MW），在大馬的6座發電廠電量為5346兆瓦（MW）。

根據早前報導，剛上市的馬拉卡本財年截至3月底首季，營業額按年增9%至13億4662萬令吉，淨利翻3倍至1億390.5萬令吉，並宣布每股派發3仙股息。【中国报财经】

In accordance with Section 9(3) of the Capital Markets and Services (Price Stabilisation Mechanism) Regulations 2008, Maybank Investment Bank Berhad (“Maybank IB”), being the stabilising manager in respect of the IPO (“Stabilising Manager”), hereby announces that we have ceased the stabilising action for Malakoff on 5 June 2015, ahead of the expiry of the 30-day maximum stabilisation period. During the stabilising period between 15 May 2015 and 5 June 2015, we have undertaken stabilising actions in which a total of 188,503,500 Shares, representing approximately 12.4% of the total number of Shares offered under the IPO, were purchased at a price range of between RM1.7048 per Share to RM1.7952 per Share. 盈利表現逐恢復正常 馬拉卡下財年或創6億紀錄

（吉隆坡8日訊）馬拉卡（MALAKOF，5264，主要板貿服）今年盈利表現逐漸正常化，預計會在2016財年創下6億340萬令吉新高紀錄，但2017財年會因購電合約協議到期而放緩。

不過，肯納格證券研究認為，該公司要獲取新購電合約並不成問題；目前該股提供3%到4%股息收益。

馬拉卡盈利表現曾在2013和2014財年走跌，受柔佛丹絨賓（Tanjung Bin）發電廠意外停止運作影響。隨著該發電廠恢復運作，2015財年盈利料達4億5060萬令吉，並在丹絨賓能源（T4）煤炭發電廠投入運作后，于2016財年創6億340萬令吉新高紀錄。

“跑贏大市”評級

此后，該公司盈利預計在2017財年下滑約4400萬令吉，至5億5950萬令吉，受波德申發電廠購電合約到期影響。這個盈利基礎料持續至2020年，若直到GB3發電廠購電合約到期都未有增設額外產能。整體來看，公司盈利相對穩定，由長期購電合約扶持。

在市場局勢充滿挑戰情況下，馬拉卡重新上市的時機來得正是時候，提供穩健盈利可見度、合理標價，並以70派息率計算，會有3%到4%股息收益。

報告給予馬拉卡“跑贏大市”評級，目標價為2.22令吉。

此外，高达70%的股息派发率政策和4.4%周息率，以及丹绒宾发电厂和PD Power的利好消息，促使分析员继续看好股价未来表现。

分析员给于马拉卡股价“买入”的投资评级，以及2.05令吉的目标价格。

马拉卡在5月15日上市后，其股价从当天开盘的1.82令吉下跌，至20日一度触及至最低1.63令吉。

该股在22日开始回升，今天闭市时处于1.86令吉水平，跌1仙或0.53%，成交量有1083万9700股。

至少70%净利派息

马拉卡是国内甚至全东南亚最大的独立发电公司，在西马半岛供发电5346兆瓦电源，占该区域总发电量的24%，仅排在国家能源（TENAGA，5347，主板贸服股）之后。

马拉卡也计划每年股息派发率为至少70%，分析员认为，以资金流动预测，能够在2015至2016年的自由现金流（FCF）派息达到9至10%。

另外，也预计马拉卡在2016年的周息率为4.4%。

此外，分析员也提到，该公司也正兴建位于丹绒宾（Tanjung Bin）的煤炭发电厂。

该发电厂预计在2016年3月投入使用，能生产出1000兆瓦电源，提升该公司总发电量17%，至7040兆瓦。

分析员补充，丹绒宾发电厂也会在2017年开始，为马拉卡每年额外贡献5亿1500万令吉，或22%税前盈利。

料获短期合约

分析员提到，早前传出JimahEast发电厂项目，可能延迟竣工，将导致我国电力存备下跌至25%的安全水平以下。

这对马拉卡旗下的波德申电力公司（Port Dickson Power，简称PD Power）有利，因为政府为了弥补电力存备的缺口，该发电厂将会获得短期的售电合约。

目标价RM2.05

目前，属于第一代独立发电厂的PD Power，电力买卖协议（PPA）将在2016年1月截止。

分析员认为，该发电厂会获得2年延长购买协议，为该公司在2017年带来20%的净利增长。

分析员给于马拉卡“买入”的投资评级和2.05令吉的目标价格。
