Server Co-location 的问题

各位大大们，我公司用的system想转型去web hosting，打算租用一个地方来安置我们新的 server 拿来做web hosting ， 由于这是第一次做这些，所以我有几个疑问向征求大哥们的意见，选择 hosting 公司有什么东西要注意问什么问题？
1. 问他们有关保护client的资料程序需要问什么？
2. 问他们有关 package 价钱需要问什么?
3. 租他们公司的 server 跟自己买 server 来给他们 hosting ，哪一个比较好比较划算？
    （我在想如果不满意这公司的话，可以搬去别的一间）
4. 我公司用的旧 server 大概一共有800GB那么大，HP Prolient 的，想改用 Dell 牌子，那么改去用 rack 还是 Blade server 比较好？
    Dell 牌子 的 server OK 的吗？

Hi, I try to answer your question using English:
select the company which is listed under MyNic, which is qualified for the reseller.
1) that will need to further discuss what info you need to protect. Usually if you hosted your own purchase hardware (the settings and password is under your control without acknowledgement of the hosting provider)  
2) 1TB package is around RM 900 per month
3) own hardware - you can move to others place if you want (provided the signed contract is over/expired), do your own maintenance
    their hardware - not flexible to move the hardware to other place, can maintain your hardware
4) Dell is ok. but branded (either HP/Dell) server usually any part error need to call Dell to do onsite support.  Whereby the customize server, the parts is available any time. Hosted under data center all running rack type. if host tower will be expensive.
