（吉隆坡18日訊）竹地板供應商康爾國際（KANGER，0170，創業板消費）看好截至6月底次季業績表現。

康爾國際董事經理冷醒民今日出席特別股東大會后向記者指出，1月至2月的生意顯得較淡靜，但相信消費者對竹地板需求將在年中至年底回升。

“生意料在8月至12月好轉，因為消費者通常選擇在年中和接近年底翻新房屋，我們看好下半年業績表現。”

康爾國際股東今日在特大上通過以5送1紅股建議。

冷醒民指出，公司將斥5000萬元人民幣（約2565萬令吉）用作未來2年資本開銷，以擴大辦公樓和工廠。公司目前在中國擁有2間工廠，其中1間在贛州，另1間原材料工廠位于燕山。

“我們還尚未確定幾時在大馬設立銷售辦事處，主要想專注讓中國業務穩定下來。我們將測試大馬市場，查出能出售的產品，然后才決定帶入特定產品進軍大馬市場。”

冷醒民指出，計劃在未來擴大中國銷售網絡至12個，以提振旗下產品和品牌的知名度。

（中國‧深圳23日訊）康爾國際（KANGER,0170,創業板消費品組）大股東－－玻璃市王室成員代表拿督斯里賽拉茲蘭表示，公司現與數州屬洽商栽種竹林計劃，希望能在明年首季捎來好消息，以落實5年內在馬栽種1萬英畝竹林和生產竹製地板計劃。

不過，為融資相關種植計劃，康爾國際可能需要展開第二輪籌資計劃來籌款措資本開銷，但有信心在8年內回收投資。

怡保老虎巷的未來地標：安達集團注資逾3億令吉，以“精致雅美，永恆奢華”理念，打造霹靂州怡保老虎巷東瑞苑（Upper East）豪華公寓。

他在媒體匯報會上表示，公司現與數州進行洽商，其中1至2個州屬給予正面回應，希望能在國內栽種竹林，並設立工廠來生產竹製地板，甚至是開拓其他竹子衍生產品。

“我們的目標是栽種1萬英畝竹林，但公司不會負責全部的栽種工作，其中4千英畝可能將以企業社會責任（CSR）方式進行，幫助當地農民尋找新收入渠道，以及開拓新技能。”

詢及整體資本開銷，賽拉茲蘭說，相關計劃將分階段進行，因此實際資本開銷仍不清楚，但相信可在8年內回收相關投資。

“為此，我們可能需要進行第二次籌資金活動。我們可能需要注入部份資金。”

他說，大馬氣候適合種植竹子，雖然竹子成份不同令現有生產科技面對挫敗，但是公司已成功尋找新加工方式，將可確保整個加工程序順利進行。

“竹製地板現已成為市場趨勢，雖然相關新產品在國內推介面對困難，但相信這樣可透過長期的教育工作解決。”

賽拉茲蘭強調，雖然市場有業者因竹製地板重重摔跤，這主要與大馬濕度高，以及蟲害嚴重所致，因此公司已經拋棄傳統的銷售方式，並與3大保險業者進行合作，透過為消費者提供保固期來強化他們對產品的信心。

“只要人們發現竹子的美好，他們肯定會選擇之。”

明年投資300萬新增1條生產線

另一方面，賽拉茲蘭透露，康爾國際計劃在明年投資600萬人民幣（約300萬令吉）來新增1條生產線，以及提昇整體產量。

“同時，我們也積極進行研發工作來提昇產品素質，並探討新原料的使用可能，希望能在1至1年半內成真。”

問及盈利前景，他說，康爾國際今年首半年淨利達356萬令吉，已達到2013財政年496萬2千令吉的71.75%，而傳統上下半年表現將更為強勁。

“但是，公司並未擬定派息策略，一切胥視自由現金流需要。公司現仍處於快速增長階段，因此對資金的需求比較高，但長期希望能達到招股書闡述的20%淨利派息目標。”

放眼2年達百家加盟及專賣店

康爾控股主席拿督巴杜卡莎莉芭在主持總部喬遷儀式後指出，新總部喬遷將為公司職員提供更舒適的環境，將成為公司進一步增長的平台，以為股東持續帶來良好回酬。

康尔国际拟发债券筹1亿 进军产业投资及管理

（吉隆坡2日讯）康尔国际（KANGER，0170，创业板）建议发行可转换可赎回票据（RCN）筹资1亿令吉，并宣布多元化业务至产业投资和管理业务。

根据文告，康尔国际已与Advance Opportunities基金和Advance资本伙伴，就发行上述票据签署了有条件认购合约。

若通过，这项票据将会分4批发出，期长5年。

康尔国际董事经理冷醒民指，筹得款项将用于扩展销售网络、购买土地和兴建商业大楼，配合进军产业投资和管理业务的长远目标。

公司早前宣布进军新业务，子公司赣州康尔工业也与赣州德通科技签署合约，前者将在旗下位于赣州的土地，兴建商业大楼，并转租给后者。

上述合约料可带来每年560万人民币（约315万令吉）租金收入，估计可在5年后，贡献公司超过25%净利。

冷醒民说：“多元化业务不但可减低过分依赖现有业务的风险，也可善用旗下在赣州丢空多时的土地，为公司带来额外收入。”【南洋网财经】

從上市以來，每一季報都賺錢，這送的赠送2亿5800万单位免费凭单予投资者，只要公司不要財報虧損的話，通常會過關，不過由於大股東手上的票量大過　５０％以上，這可能考慮利益關係而無法通過股票所這一關，所以最近三天內，不斷賣票也是大股東的所為，可以是這問題也說不定。

康尔国际拟北马种万亩竹林

（吉隆坡30日讯）康尔国际（KANGER，0170，创业板）探讨在大马北部耕种1万英亩竹林。

康尔国际董事经理冷醒民向《星报》表示，公司与部分州政府探讨兴建厂房，生产大马制造的竹制品。

公司没有在大马售卖产品，但因国内炎热的气候，所以看好竹制家具市场。

考虑到半岛地皮稀缺和地价高，康尔国际计划向州政府或国内公司伙伴租地耕种竹林。

冷醒民说：“1万英亩的地皮，是耕种竹林的理想面积，但我们将会从5000英亩的地皮开始耕种。”

他表示，目前无选择特定州属耕种竹林，因需的面积相当大。

此外，康尔国际计划在中国云南耕种1万500英亩。

至于建议发出的1亿令吉可赎回可转换债券，计划用当中的3000万令吉来收购地皮。【南洋网财经】

康尔竹业放眼销售成长30%

（吉隆坡7日讯）中国竹地板製造和供应商--康尔竹业（Kanger，0170，创业板）放眼今年销售成长，將从去年的6672万令吉，增加30%。

该公司董事经理冷醒民表示，公司计划扩展中国的分销网，从目前的30个，增至80个。

「由于来自本地和出口市场的需求，公司正寻求在短期內將產品生產线扩展至竹製家具。」

他今日出席该公司召开的股东特大后，如是指出。

多元化业务

同时，在股东特大上，股东批准该公司將业务多元化至產业投资及管理，同时也通过了发出总值1亿令吉的可赎回可转换票据（RCN）的建议。

冷醒民指出，从可赎回可转换票据集资的其中2250万令吉，將作为该公司建设商业大楼的资金、扩展经销店（1350万令吉）、收购土地（3000万令吉）、扩展业务和营运资本（2740万令吉），以及支付集资费用（660万令吉）。

在產业投资方面，他指出，公司计划在中国江西省，建设一栋19楼层高，佔地1039平方尺的商业大楼，並预计在2015年上半年开始施工，约24个月內竣工。

「一旦完工后，该建筑將租给维也纳酒店（Vienna Hotel），以取得稳定的经常性收入。」

至于大马的业务，他透露，厂房兴建仍处在初步的阶段，以及投入800万令吉作为开设分销店的投资。
