竹制家具地板首季劲销
康尔国际净利激增1.3倍

（吉隆坡2日讯）康尔国际（KANGER，0170，创业板）截至3月杪首季，净利按年激增1.3倍，从39万1000令吉，走高至90万令吉或每股净利0.15仙。

当季营业额报1330万8000令吉，按年扬22.07%，高于去年同季的1090万2000令吉。

根据文告，由于竹制家具和竹木地板等新产品业务的国外需求强劲，激励公司出口销售按年飙涨1.39倍，录得893万令吉，因此提振了首季业绩。

展望未来，目前从事竹木地板及相关产品贸易和制造活动的康尔国际，除了会继续推出新产品和加强现有产品，也有意多元化至产业投资和管理业务。

官亚福任副主席

另一方面，间接持有康尔国际5.01%股权的大股东拿督官亚福，周一（30日）起担任非独立非执行副主席。

官亚福是通过Setiakon Builders私人有限公司，间接持有公司的4000万股或5.01%股权。

现年52岁的官亚福，于1989年创办了从事建筑工程的Hock Hup Enterprise公司后，在1994年成立Setiakon Builders公司，来负责更大型的建筑合约。

副主席增持康尔至6%

（吉隆坡6日讯）康尔国际（KANGER，0170，创业板）宣布，公司副主席拿督官亚福增持股份，使持股权提高至6%。

根据文告，官亚福在过去几天，透过Setiakon Builders私人有限公司，收购康尔国际787万股或接近1%的股权。

官亚福披露：“尽管大家对本地中国公司普遍上有负面观感，但我深信康尔国际与众不同。自成为公司董事成员后，以我所见，我对公司的运作和未来增长前景相当有信心。”

“根据报道，康尔国际是唯一一家中国公司自首次公开募股（IPO）后，股价表现仍处于上涨的公司。”

人舍我取．入股入局．官亚福要康尔做出成绩

马股一共有10家中国上市公司，这些公司统称为“龙筹股”。资料显示，大部份龙筹股的资产远远高于股价，部份中国公司的现金更是异常丰厚。按传统估值公司的方式，这些中国公司绝对是严重被低估。惟这些中国公司并没有派发派任何股息，股价也节节告跌。以致许多人“闻龙色变”。

不过，市场虽然唾弃“龙筹股”，但却有人敢于在此刻大举吸纳“龙筹股”之一的康尔国际（KANGER，0170，创业板消费品组）。到底是什么原因，让康尔国际副执行主席拿督官亚福，敢于投资该公司呢？

官亚福接受专访时表示，他本身从事建筑业，亦有开发一些产业项目，而康尔国际的产品，产业项目可以达到协同效应，因此决定吸纳该公司股权。

Setiakon共持康尔6.562%

官亚福也是Setiakon Builders董事经理。2016年5月27日，官亚福透过Setiakon在场外交易，吸纳康尔国际5.01%股票，此后，Setiakon陆续在公开市场吸纳康尔国际的股票。

截至2016年10月13日，Setiakon持有康尔国际6.562%股权。

询及是否会把Setiakon注入进康尔国际及增持更多股权时，他坦言，现阶段的计划，很多东西并没有明朗化，并不能给予太多的承诺。

“我是今年才进入该公司董事部，必须要时间做出改革，无法一朝一夕达到所有目标。

2016年5月30日，康尔国际委任官亚福担任副主席一职。

官亚福说，公司现在做出众多的承诺，可到时候却又交不出成绩，那只会更糟糕。

“市场有不少疑虑，如果马上给市场答案，老实说，那是骗人的，毕竟，我在康尔国际任职还不足一年。”

对竹制家具感兴趣

官亚福说，他本身的建筑客户包括马星集团（MAHSING，8583，主板产业组）及丽阳机构（TROP，5401，主板产业组）、I公司（IBHD，4251，主板产业组）等。

“这些客户的产业项目，可以和竹制的家具产生协同效应。我本身也有一些产业项目，准备采用竹制的家具。”

他补充，竹子的成长期只需要4年，相比树桐需要20年，更适合用于家具制造。

“建筑业务可以和康尔国际业务达成协同效应。”

根据官网，康尔国际核心业务为竹林、地板、家具、工艺品等制作。

亲赴中国考察
才决定吸购康尔

询及为何吸纳康尔国际股票时，官亚福说，他本身向来对竹制家具倍感兴趣，正好友人介绍该公司，进而对该公司做了调查。

为了确保康尔国际符合投资价值，官亚福本身亲赴中国，参观该公司的工厂及销售点。

“除了我以外，到中国参观工厂的还有对竹领域认识的专才及Setiakon的企业顾问，Setiakon的企业顾问是来自大型银行，在商业领域具备相当的经验。确认康尔国际具备前景后，我才决定吸纳该公司股票。”

未来会派息证明营运能力

基于众多的龙筹股在马股的表现不佳，询及是否会派息以提振市场信心时，官亚福表示，公司未来肯定会派息，以证明营运能力。

“我的商业顾问也表示，如果要市场对龙筹股恢复信心，必须透过派息方式，以证明公司有价值。当然，短期内的派息，胥视盈利而定。”

与马中政府洽竹林生态园计划

有关龙筹股给人“骗子”的印象时，官亚福则表示，骗子并非是中国独有，只要有人的地方，都难免会有骗子，公司只能以实际行动来证明。

他说，公司除了原有的竹制产品外，也有意打造竹林生态园计划。竹林生态园业务正在与中国及大马相关政府机构洽谈着合作细节。现阶段，无法透露太多相关细节，但肯定的是，公司会在未来12个月内，公布合作计划。

“一切企业活动，时间及交易所的文告可以为公司做出证明。”

将公布更多企业计划

他补充，未来一年，公司将透过交易所陆续公布更多的企业计划，就让这些企业计划来证明公司的价值。

官亚福说，大体上，公司发展方向包括扩大地板及家具制造及出口。

“康尔国际正在和英国、澳洲及迪拜的业者洽谈有关业务。”

他补充，康尔国际已经举办过小型分析员汇报会，未来也会和更多分析员会面，以披露更多的发展计划

康尔进军孟加拉联营竹制品

（吉隆坡18日讯）康尔国际（KANGER,0170,创业板消费品组）与来自孟加拉的AK Khan Plywood公司合作，成立联营公司探讨在孟加拉生产、销售竹制品，和种植竹子的可行性。

康尔国际执行董事赛哈兹兰在双方签署备忘录仪式后表示，大马竹制品市场尚在起步阶段。

他说，希望通过双方的合作，能够为康尔国际的业务带来增长。

他补充，双方的合作主要是专注在家具领域，且希望能够让竹制家具取代木制家具。

“我们目前在努力向客户介绍竹制家具。”

赛哈兹兰也提到，木材原料供应在市场上已有下滑的迹象，且生长周期在15年至20年才可砍伐，而且，政府也已收紧伐木政策。

“反观竹子却在栽种3至5年后，则可以砍伐使用。”

赛哈兹兰也说，选择在孟加拉设立联营公司，主要是当地的劳力成本远比中国廉宜。

康尔国际与A K K h a nPlywood公司料将在孟加拉成立一家名为A K Kanger的联营公司，双方尚在洽商剩余细节，包括持股、投资额等，预计将于明年首季投入运作。

赛哈兹兰指出，在成立初期，康尔国际将会提供竹制品于联营公司进行分销，较后则会生产竹产品。

AK Khan Plywood公司首席协调员瑟芬娜紫沙玛补充，预计联营公司将在3年内寻找适合的土地种植竹子。

“我们将会向政府申请或寻找私人土地，以寻求适合的种植地。”

另外，赛哈兹兰也指出，康尔国际目前在与几个单位洽商在国内种植竹子的计划。

“我们早于2014年杪就已经与几个单位在洽谈，只是面对土地面积的问题而谈不妥。”

不过，赛哈兹兰相信在2017年将会有所决定。

康尔国际发表文告，双方也重视发展高品质竹产品，包括适用于结构和建筑使用的竹板等产品。

达成这项备忘录后，康尔国际放眼和FRIM，在未来会达成更多合作协议。

作为于大马交易所创业板上市的龙筹股，康尔国际在2013年通过上市活动，筹集的2000万令吉，其中200万令吉或10%资金，用在与森林研究局在我国进行竹耕种和生产产品相关研发工作。

经验丰富

康尔国际主要从事竹木地板及相关产品贸易和制造活动。

该公司执行董事赛益哈兹林指出，目前大马的竹业，只是属于农业或家庭工业阶段，收益较低。

“康尔国际在全球竹业务拥有13年丰富的经验，生产高品质竹产品，如今与FRIM的农业和技术专才合作，我们计划将国内的竹业，发展成对经济贡献显著的领域。”

大马竹品销中国

根据该备忘录，双方也重点发展我国首个商业用途的竹树种植园，并利用康尔国际的全球分销网络，分销、营销及销售我国的竹制品。

康尔国际副主席拿督官亚福也提到：“康尔国际一直致力于在大马设立商业用途的竹园，这计划在公司上市前就已经开始筹备，而与FRIM的合作，料是完成这项计划的最后一哩路。”

官亚福在去年6月受委任为康尔国际副主席，拥有超过30年的建筑业经验。他也是Setiakon Builders私人有限公司的董事经理。【e南洋】
