德藝科技增持2家子公司
2016年11月03日
（吉隆坡3日訊）德藝科技（TDEX，0132，創業板科技）宣佈以合計1613萬2500令吉收購價，增持旗下2家子公司股份。
德藝科技向馬證交所報備，與賣方陳華翠和王顯宏（人名皆譯音）簽署股份買賣協議，以267萬7500令吉收購IDEALSEED資源有限公司42%股權。
收購完成后，IDEALSEED資源有限公司將成為德藝科技持股97%的子公司。
同時，德藝科技將以1345萬5000令吉收購價，收購SURFSTEK資源（R&D）有限公司剩餘的50%股份。完成收購后，后者將成為德藝科技的獨資子公司。
德藝科技指出，收購SURFSTEK資源（R&D）有限公司將為公司在管理業務方面提供更大的靈活性，並相信有助提高未來盈利。【中国报财经】

德艺科技次季净利翻2.65倍

（吉隆坡21日讯）德艺科技（TDEX，0132，创业板）截至10月底次季，净利按年大涨2.65倍，报7万3000令吉或每股0.02仙，去年同季为2万令吉或每股净利0.01仙。
该公司向马交所报备，营业额从去年同季641万令吉，年增1.38倍至1526万6000令吉。
累计首6个月，德艺科技净利涨1.68倍，至14万2000令吉；营业额也按年提升86.6%，报2247万5000令吉。
该公司指出，营业额和净利齐升，归功于电子商务业务，及应用程序支援和硬体业务表现按年提升。【e南洋】

（吉隆坡19日讯）德艺科技（TDEX，0132，创业板）截至10月底次季，净利按年大涨95.89%，报14万3000令吉或每股0.03仙，去年同季为7万3000令吉或每股净利0.02仙。
该公司向马交所报备，营业额则按年减30.98%至1053万6000令吉。
累计首半年，德艺科技净利涨55.63%，至22万1000令吉；营业额也按年增11.63%，录得2508万8000令吉。
拟私配筹705万
另一方面，公司提议私下配售最多4亿9409万5790股新股或10%股权，给第三方投资者，筹集最多约705万5000令吉。
根据文告，公司将把私配筹得的500万令吉，用作商业活动开销，包括市场营销、品牌建设和路演活动等，而剩余所得将归纳为营运资本。【e南洋】
