Further to the Company’s announcement made on 27 February 2020, the Board of Directors of the Company wish to further announce that : - The Properties have been completed and the Purchase Price was based on original selling price/current market price offers to the market by SBSB, the Developer.
- The rationale for the Acquisition is for own use as site office. Due to strategic location, Bandar Saujana Putra will be a central location and ideal to set up a centralise site office for share resources. Additionally, MGB is expecting a long-term appreciation in the Properties’ value.
