上星期，ESCERAM公布了2015年第三季业绩，该公司毫无意外的继续交出不错的成绩。

第三季由于淡季的关系，营业额因此比第二季下滑了20%，达到565万7000令吉；营业额虽然下跌，但是净利竟然增加了8.3%，达到150万6000令吉。

管理层再次成功并有效地控制其成本，相信来季在营业额攀高下，净利将会更高。

再来，该公司的净现金又继续攀高，上一季度的现金为1011万9000令吉，来到这一季已经有1162万5000令吉了，银行借贷更是步减少到无关痛痒的29万令吉。

第三季公司赚了150万令吉，现金同样增加了150万令吉，也就是说，公司所赚取的每一块钱都是现金。

现在公司现金那么多，接下来就看管理层打算如何处理它们了！

基于每股现金达到6仙，以及估计其接下来每季的每股净利可维持在最少0.8仙，个人认为其合理价在RM0.39。

（吉隆坡30日讯）ES陶瓷（ESCERAM，0100，创业板）截至5月杪第4季，净利年增67.32%，报154万1000令吉，每股盈利0.8仙，优于去年同期的92万1000令吉。

同期营业额则按年跌2.59%，至602万5000令吉。

合计全年，ES陶瓷盈利按年激增113.35%，从262万1000令吉，攀升至559万2000令吉，每股盈利2.8仙。

同期营业额则按年微涨1.13%，录得2495万1000令吉。

公司指出，成本控制和提高生产策略奏效，加上更佳的产品销售组合，提振业绩。【南洋网财经】

（吉隆坡18日讯）ES陶瓷（ESCERAM，0100，创业板）冀望借助公司的增长步伐，放眼在3年内转至马交所主板交易。

执行董事兼总执行长黃福麟，今天在股东大会后指出，由于公司处于增长阶段，因此，转至主板是很自然的事。

“若公司能持续维持增长步伐，相信能在3年内转至主板交易。”

他说，随着手套制造商的需求走强，相信公司能达到设下的业绩表现，而目前公司的手套模具产品，主要是供应大马、印尼、泰国和斯里兰卡的手套业者。

手套业蓬勃发展

他看好手套领域蓬勃发展，因商品价格走低和汇率波动，有利于手套业者。

ES陶瓷在5月31日截止的2015财年，全年净利按年飙涨113.35%，至559万2000令吉，远超上财年的262万1000令吉。

2016财年首季业绩也不俗，净赚151万令吉，按年增30.85%，高于去年同期的115万4000令吉。

答：ES陶瓷的股价下跌，也是最近约3个月的事。在此先看看最近业绩表现和财务状况，略为了解基本面或股价下跌的可能潜在因素。

截至2016年5月31日为止第四季，该公司获得净利209万3000令吉（每股净利1仙），前期净利为154万1000令吉（每股净利0.80仙）。第四季营业额为785万3000令吉，前期为602万5000令吉。

ES陶瓷次季净利扬9.4%

（吉隆坡20日讯）ES陶瓷（ESCERAM，0100，创业板）截至11月杪次季，净利按年扬9.43%至200万7000令吉，或每股净利1仙，优于上财年同季的183万4000令吉。

该公司今天向马交所报备，营业额则从上财年同季的766万2000令吉，走高至901万3000令吉，按年升幅17.63%。

当季税前盈利按年扬9.10%至203万令吉，主要因为产品组合奏效。合计上半年，净利按年涨20.40%至402万6000令吉；营业额则按年涨20.81%，录得1729万4000令吉。
