上财年同期，净亏194万2000令吉或每股亏损6.25仙。

同时，营业额更激增11.17倍，至1亿1675万令吉，大幅高于上财年同期的959万4000令吉。

根据文告，公司在去年完成收购Hume混凝土和Hume洋灰。

半年赚1233万

至于首半年业绩，公司亦净赚1232万8000令吉或每股盈利5.90仙，上财年同期则净亏345万8000令吉或每股亏损11.12仙。

謙工業（HUMEIND，5000，主板工業產品組）捎來好消息，截至2015年3月31日止第三季成功轉虧為盈，錄得1千927萬令吉淨利，前期淨虧59萬1千令吉，主要歸功於收購謙工業洋灰有限公司等建材業務帶來貢獻。

首9個月淨利為3千159萬8千令吉，前期為淨虧404萬9千令吉。

第三季營業額大增1,532.76%至1億7千269萬7千令吉，令9個月營業額走高約921%至3億零101萬8千令吉。

該公司董事部建議派發每股3仙中期股息，除權和享有日落在5月15和19日。

謙工業發文告表示，集團現主要從事製造和銷售混凝土產品，以及洋灰和相關產品，有望對截至2015年6月30日止財政年帶來正面貢獻。

（吉隆坡26日訊）新收購建材業務提振謙工業（HUMEIND，5000，主板工業產品組）淨利，截至2015年12月31日為止，該公司第二季淨利增長14.87%至1千400萬零7千令吉，首半年淨利飆漲139.11%至2千947萬7千令吉。

第二季營業額報1億5千138萬6千令吉，走高29.67%，首半年營業額成長飆升141.28%至3億零961萬2千令吉。

（吉隆坡20日讯）谦工业（Hume Industries Bhd）2016财政年第三季（截至2016年3月31日）净利劲挫42%至1118万令吉，或每股2.33仙，上财年同季净赚1927万令吉或每股4.02仙，主要受累于生产成本走高。

第三季营业额按年跌挫16%至1亿4550万令吉，相比上财年同季的1亿7270万令吉。

该集团也宣布派发每股3仙的股息，派息日定于5月25日。

谦工业今日向大马交易所发文告报备，并将营业额和盈利走低的原因，归咎于建筑材料业务的生产成本企高。

纵观现财年首九个月的业绩表现，谦工业净赚4066万令吉，同期净利报3160万令吉，涨幅为29%；营业额则由同期的3亿102万令吉，跳涨51%至4亿5511万令吉。

“谦工业合共三季的营业额和盈利走高，主要因为该集团在2015财年次季Hume Concrete私人有限公司和Hume Cement私人有限公司全数股权的收购计划。”

展望未来，谦工业预估，该集团在截至2016年6月30日的财年，将取得令人满意的业绩表现。

谦工业今日闭市平盘收于3.20令吉，市值达15亿3000万令吉。

谦工业（HUMEIND，5000，主板工业产品股）的新熟料研磨厂提前3个月完工，将公司的现有产能推高1倍，厂房使用率约为50%。

虽然洋灰需求呆滞，但管理层表示，基于策略原因，新厂房仍将持续营运。

管理层也强调，新厂房有效营运，且已达到收支平衡。

另外，在洋灰平均售价大幅下跌后，目前已开始恢复正常。

包装洋灰的折价已从45%，减缓至约15%；而散装洋灰的折价情况也已更稳定。

行家建议

我们估计，2017财年首季的业绩不会太大惊喜，归咎于新厂房的启用成本、当季的售价受压、及折旧成本翻倍。

然而，我们相信，净利将在次季开始显著改善，因届时的平均售价较高。

我们重申洋灰需求会在明年上半年走扬的看法，因大型基建项目将开始动工，但未来两年内领域不会有额外供应。

我们维持“买进”的投资评级，但将目标价格调低至4.15令吉。

行家建议

由于销售成本、分销开支和贷款成本降低，因此谦工业扣除利息、税务、折旧与摊销前的盈利赚幅料按季提升。

不过，按年计算，扣除利息、税务、折旧与摊销前的盈利赚幅仍然受到压缩，但预计会被较低的融资成本抵消。

我们认为，谦工业本季度的融资成本将下降，主要是新工厂竣工，贷款减少。

此外，随着水泥平均售价提高，我们预测2017财年，次季的收益将显著改善。

谦工业上周三（25日）向马交所报备，同季营业额则按年涨9.48%，从上财年的1亿5138万6000令吉，上涨至1亿6573万2000令吉。

累计上半年，净利按年跌41.59%至1721万8000令吉；营业额则按年扬1.94%，报3亿1563万1000令吉。

由于建筑材料业务取得较高营业额，相比首季的1120万令吉税前盈利，本季的税前盈利有所改善，达1200万令吉。

不过，若按年比较，当季税前盈利则表现逊色，主要因为售价低、营运开销和建筑材料业务的外汇损失走高。

谦工业第3季净利挫98%

（吉隆坡3日讯）谦工业（HUMEIND，5000，主板工业产品股）截至3月杪第三季，取得25万5000令吉净利，或每股0.05仙，比上财年同季的1118万2000令吉，按年大跌97.72%。

不过，谦工业仍宣布派息每股2仙，除权日与享有权益日，分别落在5月15日和17日。

第三季营业额按年扬8.92%，从1亿4549万9000令吉，扬至1亿5847万7000令吉。

另外，第三季税前盈利则表现逊色，按年减93.65%至100万6000令吉，归咎于较低售价和营运开销高企。

3季净利跌57%

合计9个月，净利按年跌57.03%至1747万3000令吉；营业额则按年涨4.17%，写4亿7410万8000令吉。

展望未来，由于需求疲软，料将备受挑战。不过，为了缓解市场疲弱影响，谦工业将致力于提高效率和降低成本，以保持竞争力。【e南洋】
