購NARRA工業13.1%股權 大華繼顯證券成大股東

（吉隆坡2日訊）大華繼顯證券（UOB Kay Hian）每股1.70令吉，收購NARRA工業（NARRA，5000，主要板消費）13.1%股權。
馬證交所資料顯示，大華繼顯證券于9月25日，在公開市場，以每股1.70令吉，收購NARRA工業815萬股或13.1%股權，成為NARRA工業的大股東。
NARRA工業在9月11日宣布全面收購豐隆工業（HLIND，3301，主要板消費）旗下謙工業（Hume Industries）和謙洋灰（Hume Cement）優先股以來，股價便處于升勢，甚至數次觸漲停板。
今日閉市，該股僅微揚1仙至1.65令吉，交投19萬7900股。[中国报财经

大华继显减持至4.31% 不再是纳尔拉大股东

（吉隆坡12日讯）大华继显有限公司在早前购入纳尔拉（NARRA，5000，主板消费产品股）13.1%股权后，近二周多次脱售该股达8.79%股权，卸下大股东身份。
根据纳尔拉向马交所报备的文件显示，大华继显在9月25日购入公司815万200股或13.1%股权，崛起成为大股东。
大华继显从本月10日开始不断脱售纳尔拉股权，在9日时更脱售268万3000股，促使目前持股权仅268万3000股或4.31%。
据了解，大华继显在购入纳尔拉当天，该股闭市价为1.70令吉，而在10月9日当天的闭市价则为1.65令吉。[南洋网财经]

猛起62仙遭質詢 NARRA工業近漲停板

（吉隆坡16日訊）NARRA工業（NARRA，5000，主要板消費）今日股價無故大漲62仙或近30%，逼近漲停板水平，衝上2.70令吉並刷新52週新高，躍居十大上升股榜，遭馬證交所發出“異常波動質詢”（UMA）。
該股今早開市時微揚1仙，以52週新高水平的2.09令吉迎市，交易半小時后勁起30仙衝至2.38令吉，早盤更一度狂飆62仙或29.8%，逼近漲停板水平，不過交投略顯淡靜。
休市時，NARRA工業漲幅收窄，起45仙暫掛2.53令吉，半日計有301萬1500股易手。
午盤間，該股仍穩定攀高，截至4點半報2.38令吉，起30仙，成交量341萬3300股。
凌厲走勢引起馬證交所關注，為保障投資者利益，已指示NARRA工業咨詢公司董事，近日是否有任何企業活動，包括洽商中的業務等。
隸屬豐隆集團掌舵人丹斯里郭令燦旗下的NARRA工業，去年9月中發行新股籌資全面收購豐隆工業（HLIND，3301，主要板消費）持有的謙工業（Hume Industries）與謙洋灰（Hume Cement）優先股，總值3億4800萬令吉。

納爾拉特大通過購洋灰業務

（吉隆坡17日訊）納爾拉（NARRA,5000,主板工業產品組）股東今日通過該公司從家具生產公司多元化業務至洋灰生產。
今日的股東特大被股東形容為“時間短且沉悶”；一名小股東說：“這項收購洋灰業務的議案，獲得逾90%股權的批准而通過。”
小股東補充說，沒有任何股東作出提問，也沒有任何反對的聲音。
納爾拉在股東特大會後，一如既往的沒有召開新聞發佈會。
今日的特大會是尋求股東批准，讓納爾拉以4億4千800萬令吉，向豐隆工業（HLIND,3301,主板消費品組）收購謙工業、謙洋灰和謙洋灰優先股，使納爾拉業務延伸至洋灰業。
納爾拉、豐隆工業、謙工業和謙洋灰都是丹斯里郭令燦的公司。納爾拉股價在昨日漲停被質詢，但該公司說，除了收購洋灰業務，對股價暴漲原因不知情。
納爾拉股票在昨日臨收市暫停交易，今日復牌繼續走高，一度創2令吉59仙全日最高，並以2令吉44仙作收，揚升5仙。
納爾拉將通過發新股以融資收購。
對於納爾拉的多元業務措施，一名小股東說：“豐隆集團知道如何創造股東價值。”
不過另一名小股東並不那麼想。他認為，納爾拉過去的多元業務計劃並未帶來成果。

纳尔拉将在来临的股东大会中，让股东表决上述建议。

4.8億新股掛牌 NARRA工業回吐漲幅

（吉隆坡24日訊）NARRA工業（NARRA，5000，主要板消費）配合收購計劃而發行的4.8億新股今日上市馬股；但該股今日一度大挫56仙或14%，淪為十大下跌股之一。
早前因收購計劃帶動而走高的NARRA工業，今日因完成企業活動而回吐先前漲幅。開盤時，該股大挫52仙至3.42令吉，隨后持續走跌，一度挫56仙或14%，報3.38令吉。
休市時，該股跌幅收窄至43仙，暫掛3.51令吉，半日成交量達223萬7800股。
截至下午4點半，NARRA工業報3.54令吉，挫40仙，成交量錄得326萬6500股，為十大下跌股之一。
NARRA工業所發行的4億7909萬3800新股今日正式在馬交所交易，其中4億4800萬股是用以全面收購豐隆工業（HLIND，3301，主要板消費）持有的謙工業（Hume Industries）與謙洋灰（Hume Cement）優先股，以及豐隆製造集團持有的謙洋灰股權。
其中發行的3億4800萬股新股，使用以收購豐隆工業旗下的謙工業100%持股，與謙洋灰1億7500萬股不可贖回可轉讓優先股（ICPS）。剩余1億股新股，則是用以收購豐隆製造集團持有的謙洋灰股權。
豐隆工業今日股價微微上揚，截至4點半，該股起1仙至4.31令吉，成交量錄得66萬8000股。

（吉隆坡25日讯）纳尔拉（NARRA，5000，主板消费产品股）从23日开始，正式改名为谦工业（Hume）。
纳尔拉的文告仅宣布改名生效日期，未提及会否更改股名和股票编号。
纳尔拉去年以近4.5亿令吉，向丰隆工业（HLIND，3301，主板消费产品股）和丰隆制造集团（HLMG），收购谦工业与谦工业洋灰。

纳拉工业易名谦工业

（吉隆坡28日讯）在完成收购后，纳拉工业（NARRA，5000，主板消费股）宣布易名为谦工业（Hume Industries Berhad，简称HUMEIND），从10月30日起正式生效。
据文告指出，除了公司名字更换之外，股票编號则保持不变。
此外，原任谦洋灰（Hume Cement）私人有限公司的董事经理柯泰汉（译音）则被委任为纳拉工业的执行董事。
他曾在澳洲莫纳什大学就读机械工程学士（荣誉）学位，以及在英国克兰菲尔德管理学院修读工商管理硕士。
同时，曾在1982年担任合顺（UMW，4588，主板消费股）工厂经理、2002年在大马拉法基（LAFMSIA，3794，主板工业股）担任主席兼首席执行员，而目前则是谦洋灰董事经理。
此外，丰隆工业是在去年年杪表示，会把谦洋灰私人有限公司1亿7500万不可赎回可转换优先股（ICPS）及其混凝土业务，脱售给郭令灿旗下姊妹公司--纳拉工业（NARRA，5000，主板工业股），如今后者已经完成上述交易。
纳拉工业今日下滑6仙或1.67%，掛3.53令吉，成交量达44万9800股。【东方网财经】 |
