| Remarks : | | It is with great sadness that the Group has to announce the tragic passing of it's Managing Director Mr.Yeo Eck Liong on 20 January 2020.Mr.Yeo was the founder of the Company and served as it's Managing Director for 18 years. He started the Company as Yeo Aik Resources Berhad in the year 1998. Over the years he has been pivotal to the expansion of the Group to its position today on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia. His capable management team will continue their work under his philosophy and core values that have been instilled over many years. His passing is a great loss to the Company and to the furniture industry as a whole.He leaves behind his wife, Sim Peck Ling and 5 children, Yeo Shi Guang, Yeo Shi Zong, Yeo Zing Harn, Yeo Jing Xian and Yeo Jing Wen. The thoughts and prayers of the Group are with him and his family at this challenging time.In the interim period, the Executive Directors on the Board will assume his roles and responsibilities until such time as a permanent candidate is identified to take over this role. A further announcement will follow once this process is completed.This announcement is dated 21 January 2020. |

该研究机构今日在报告中指出，强弱指数（RSI）和平滑异同移动平均线（MACD）指标的改善目前表明进入合理水平，预计近期势头和趋势将持续改善。
“如果有新的购兴及突破98.5仙阻力水平，则可能进一步攀升至下一个阻力水平，即1.03令吉。”
“然而，未能守住91.5仙支撑位可能表明股价疲软，因此，这是一个止损信号。” |

YEO ECK LIONG, EX-MANAGING DIRECTOR OF THE COMPANY | Further to the Company’s announcement dated 3 July 2020 pertaining to the Proposed Death Gratuity Payment of RM1,250,000 to the members of the family of the late Mr. Yeo Eck Liong, ex- Managing Director of Jaycorp ("Proposed Death Gratuity Payment"), the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to append herewith additional information:-
1) The Proposed Death Gratuity Payment falls under Section 230(1) of the Companies Act 2016. Please be informed that there is no contractual obligation to pay The Proposed Death Gratuity Payment. However, it is a bona fide ex-gratia lump sum payment in respect of past services to the Group for over 28 years. Also, the Proposed Death Gratuity Payment does not exceed the total remuneration of the late Mr Yeo Eck Liong in the three years immediately preceding his death.
2) The Proposed Death Gratuity Payment takes into account commercial considerations of employee perceptions of how the Group generally and the relevant subsidiaries specifically would honour the Group’s values from a human resources standpoint, ie: a) constant respect for the individual; and
b) recognition of leadership contributions, and would thus serve to inspire all employees in the Group generally and the relevant subsidiaries specifically to continuously pursue productivity and efficiency.
3) Subject to the Companies Act 2016, Clause 135(2) of the Company's Constitution allows for the payment of gratuities to former directors and any members of his family (including, a spouse and former spouse, his child and parents) or any person who is or was dependant on him.
4) The financial effects on cash and bank balance before and after the Proposed Death Gratuity Payment are as follows:

Type | Announcement | Subject | OTHERS | Description | Share Sale Agreement between Jaycorp Berhad and Bo Eng Chee; and Bo Lireen; and Bo Li Siong; and Jason Koh Jian Hui (collectively, referred as the "Purchasers") | Jaycorp Berhad wishes to announce that it has on 29 September 2022 entered into a Share Sale Agreement ("Agreement") with the Purchasers to dispose of its total equity of 600,000 ordinary shares comprising sixty per centum (60%) of the total issued and paid-up share capital of Digital Furniture Sdn Bhd (Company Registration No.: 199901004024 (478924-T) ("Digital Furniture") for a total sale consideration of RM22,500,000. Digital Furniture was incorporated in Malaysia having its registered office at No. 1 & 1A, 2nd Floor (Room 2), Jalan Ipoh Kecil, 50350 Kuala Lumpur with a total issued and paid-up share capital of RM1,000,000 consisting of 1,000,000 ordinary shares. Digital Furniture is primarily in the business of manufacturing and trading of furniture and furniture parts.
