（吉隆坡1日訊）東源集團（NPC，5047，主要板種植）旗下公司Transglobe企業私人有限公司以7405萬令吉脫售18塊位于沙巴的農地。

東源集團今日向馬證交所報備，Transglobe企業與Ladang Sri Harapan（沙巴）私人有限公司簽署買賣協議，脫售18塊農地，總面積為0.81公頃。

“這塊土地目前用于種植原棕油，為公司截至12月底2014財年貢獻少于6%淨利和2%營業額。就過去油棕樹鮮果串（FFB）表現，該土地是為公司貢獻最少的土地。”

東源集團為一家投資控股公司，脫售上述土地是為了籌措資金以發展其余種植業務，及減少負債。

這項脫售計劃預計在本財年末季完成，完成后，公司在沙巴擁有1萬1713公頃土地，在印尼則擁有2萬9938公頃土地。【中国报财经】

东源集团4750万令吉售棕油厂和地皮

（吉隆坡29日讯）沙巴油棕种植公司东源集团（NPC Resources Bhd）献议以4750万令吉，脱售一家棕油厂和地皮予Budaya Potensi私人有限公司。

东源集团今日向大马交易所报备，已与Budaya Potensi签署一项买卖协议，以3750万令吉脱售Sungai Ruku Oil Palm Plantation私人有限公司的全数股权。

Sungai Ruku是一家座落于沙巴京那峇当岸（Kinabatangan）区Segaliud-Lokan、建立于一块农业用地的棕油厂的业主。

这块地皮注册于Agrisa Trading私人有限公司的名下，前者也是东源集团的独资子公司。这批股权是以整批（en-bloc）出售，而Agrisa和Budaya Potensi则相互达成地皮脱售协议。

有鉴于此，Agrisa已与Budaya Potensi签署一项买卖协议，以1200万令吉脱售上述地皮。

这块地皮面积共计75.86公顷（约187.4英亩），其中40.06英亩用作油棕种植，35.38英亩的地段为棕油厂房用地，其余的0.42英亩则包含基础建设和斜坡。

东源集团表示，该集团已决定脱售Sungai Ruku，因该厂房是集团旗下表现欠佳的棕油厂，其中95%的鲜果串（FFB）产量皆来自外部供应商。

此外，上述地皮仅为东源集团的总生产量贡献少于1%，对其业务的影响微乎其微。

完成脱售计划后，东源集团在沙巴仍坐拥面积1万1714公顷的种植地，印尼有近4万5364公顷的种植地，以及两家棕油厂。
