新的. 双层排屋应该是其他的phase

那片地，belleview已买很久了，等起价再建新的phase。赚到手震。。。。。

单单 single storey semi-d发展商自己大概买了4-5或更多个lot了. 我也不懂那里的屋价值不值得这些价钱.
