What does the Power Prepaid Pack come with?

*Maximum FREE Calls given per day is 15 mins


Upon switching plans, what happens to all my existing promos and subscriptions that I currently enjoy?
All promos and subscriptions will be forfeited upon switching to the new plan.


What happens to my remaining credit balance (if any) after I have switched to the Power Prepaid plan?
Your credit balance will be carried over after deducting a switching fee of RM3.


How do I enjoy the FREE 1GB High-Speed Internet?
Just make a one-time top up with a minimum value of RM10 to activate your 1GB High-Speed Internet. The 1GB High-Speed Internet will automatically be refreshed every 30 days for life. Just stay active by topping up to utilise the FREE High-Speed Internet.


What is FREE basic internet?
FREE Basic Internet offers you basic Internet access at speeds of up to 64kbps. Utilisation is subject to a fair usage policy of 2GB per month, after which you will be unable to perform any further Internet browsing.




What is the validity & speed for the FREE Internet?
Validity & speed for the FREE Internet is as below:

Free Internet Packages	validity
Free Internet Upon Activation (200MB)	10 days (Upon starter pack activation)
Free High-Speed Internet Upon Top-up (1GB)	30 days (Upon 1st top-up date of RM10 and above)
Free Basic Internet	To reset at every 1st day of the month

How can I enjoy more High-Speed Internet after utilising my entire High-Speed Internet quota?
You may purchase any UMI or MB plans to enjoy more High-Speed Internet.


What happens to my daily FREE 15 mins on-net calls if I am also subscribed to a UMI bundle with voice calls?
Your UMI bundle voice calls will be utilised first followed by your daily FREE calls.


Who is eligible to be on the new Power Prepaid Plan?
All new U Mobile prepaid subscribers effective from 23rd July 2015 onwards will automatically be on this new plan. For subscribers who are on the existing U Prepaid Plan or New U Prepaid plan and wish to upgrade to the new Power Prepaid Plan, you can do so via UMB or SMS starting 1 August 2015.


I prefer my previous prepaid plan. Can I switch back to my previous prepaid plan from the new Power Prepaid plan?
Yes, you are allowed to switch back to the New U Prepaid plan. However, subscribers of the U Prepaid plan can only switch back to the New U Prepaid plan.

我是西马的，在我家乡怡保，umobile不是很稳定。上网速度很快，至少快过我的maxis broadband,

maxis 2G的线，其实我个人觉得也不会很广。

最近发现打电话不清楚。就是这点有问题而已。其他的大致上都没有什么问题。

我在fraser hill, pahang and Raub 用U MOBILE 3G (其實是明迅的 signal).  不錯，很快。

地区 Sarawak Sibu
由于测试区是住宅区，所以户内各大运营商都没有很好的収讯
3G速度：1-2mbps（在吉隆坡可以到6mbps）
2G速度:没测试

3G2G拨打电话：没测试

当初选它是因为便宜，但是便宜没好货
时常打不进，要不然就是没有讯号

用明讯10年都没有那么不爽过

难道大马真的没有一个又便宜又好用的吗？？无奈

我真的認為低級在沙巴還變不錯的，再觀望一陣子。

個人經驗在沙巴亚庇，DiGi 拿來講電話/sms 還可以， data就免了， 自從upgrade 那個lte之後，連3G speed 也不見去，剩下EDGE而已。

請問在Maxis 3G網路的用戶，你們可以使用1310 Budget IDD的服務嗎?

我試過 131065xxxxxxxx打去新加坡都說 number not in service，試過幾個門號也不行用。

正在聯絡客服中。

umobile在劳勿真的有3G喔？？？会慢吗？？有和celcom一样的线？？
我是用着Digi，新年时有回到劳勿，双溪兰外婆家没3G线喔。。。几天的时间我与世隔绝了。。。
觉得digi越来越烂。。。到文冬也没3G线。。。差。。
不知金马伦会有3G线没有。。。迟些去旅游，怕闷坏。。。

我从Digi转到Umobile后发觉虽然共用Maxis基地台，但还是和Maxis还是有点分别，例如在一个地区，我的Umobile只能显示连接GPRS而已，反观朋友原装Maxis的可以连接HSPD。

對，還是有差的，因為U並沒有完全的租下所有的基地台喔。

不會慢，是用MAXIS 3G的同樣網絡。DiGi is hopeless. Ruab and Bentong also no 3G
