两大业务中期缺催化剂．永联业务前景受限
（吉隆坡5日讯）永联资源（ELKDESA,5228,主板金融组）二手车车贷业务有利可图，但艾芬黄氏研究却对车贷市场过度曝露高风险大众市场感到忧虑，加上家具贸易和制造业务无望显著推动盈利增长，可能箝制未来业务增长前景。
艾芬黄氏研究表示，永联资源现有两大业务，即二手车车贷和家具交易／制造，但两大业务中期前景均缺乏催化因素。
“车贷业务现贡献永联资源营业和税前盈利69%和99%，尽管车贷业务获利甚高，净利赚益达到33至35%，有效利率介于13至18%，呆账率也低见1.5至1.6%，但中低收入群的目标客群转嫁高生活费能力不高，将使得集团曝露于高风险的大众市场。”
该行补充，永联资源管理层也无意多元化消费者融资产品种类，加上家具贸易和制造业务难显著提振集团收入表现，使得未来业务增长前景受限。
股价料已全面反映利多“在纳入近期附加股和不可赎回可转换无担保债券（ICULS）带来的每股盈利稀释效益，以及集团未来将继续追求内部增长，潜在催化因素匮乏，我们相信该股股价已全面反映利多。”
不过，艾芬黄氏研究说，永联资源2018至2019财政年周息率达到5.2至5.8%，可能会吸引追求防御策略的投资者目光，因此给予其“守住”评级，目标价为1令吉18仙。

永联资源获放贷执照
2017年11月18日
（吉隆坡17日讯）永联资源（ELKDESA，5228，主板金融股）宣布，获得城市和谐、房屋与地方政府部批准，获得放贷执照。
该集团昨天向交易所报备，独资子公司ELK-Desa资本私人有限公司，接获来自城市和谐、房屋与地方政府部的放贷执照批准信函。
该感受一旦在30日内支付新执照费用之后，将会获得执照。
次季派息3.25仙
这项批准，让ELK-Desa资本可进行任何有关放贷活动的业务。
另一方面，永联资源也公布截至9月30日次季业绩，净利按年增长10.16%至596万1000令吉，或每股2.43仙，主要是因为汽车贷款业务盈利贡献增加。
同时，汽车贷款及家具业务的贡献增加，带动营业额上升10.83%至2496万4000令吉。
合计上半年，集团净赚1101万2000令吉或每股4.62仙，按年微升0.93%；而营业额则增13.51%，达5053万5000令吉。
永联资源宣布，派发每股3.25仙中期单层股息，除权日落在明年1月23日。
由于次季业绩表现佳，董事部乐观看待截至2018年3月31日财年盈利将高于上财年。【r南洋】

低负债借贷空间大 永联放眼双位数成长

（吉隆坡9日讯）永联资源（ELKDESA，5228，主板金融股）有望 在2019財政年（3月31日结账）维持双位数的营收和盈利成长，同 时，相对较低的负债比，也为该公司提供了巨大成长空间。
永联资源执行董事兼首席財务员张盛喜在今日的股东大会后向媒体表示，公司过去5个財政年的营收年均复合成长率（CAGR）约为15%，相信今年亦可保持相同增长步伐。
他同时称，公司营收稳定增长，主因是其二手车贷款业务的客户基数增加，截至3月杪达3万5000人，进而推高二手车贷净应收账款至4亿令吉。
当被询及公司如何扩大客户基数，张盛喜指出，永联资源主要通过合作的二手车商接触客户。「我们很大程度依靠合作的逾1000名二手车商来提高客户基数。」
二手车贷款业务是该公司核心业务，根据年报，在2018財政年二手车贷款业务带来98%盈利，其余则由规模较小的家私业务贡献。
此外，张盛喜表示，公司在收账程序和风险管控方面耗费大量心血，是其不良贷款率（NPL）从2014財政年时的2.2%，降减至如今的1%。
他同时称，公司用以放贷的资金来源有二，即上市至今在市场筹得的逾4亿令吉，以及银行贷款。
对於债务课题，张盛喜认为，永联资源的负债率远低於同行，处於非常舒適的水平，因此，该公司仍有进一步借贷的空间，以扩大其现有业务。
「永联资源的借贷数额从2017財政年的2651万令吉，翻倍至上財政年的5290万令吉，但负债率仅从0.08倍，微升至0.13倍，而同行负债率基本上比我们高，有者到1倍，甚至2倍的程度。」
暂不多元化业务
另一方面，张盛喜表示，零消费税（GST）以及將在9月重启的销售税（SST），不会对永联资源带来任何影响。
「消费者会趁著这段『税务假期』购买新车，而我们专注的是二手车贷市场，加上我们市场份额小，基本上没有任何影响。」
询及会否扩大业务版图以及多元化收入来源，张盛喜指出，巴生谷市场仍有非常大的潜力可供开拓，因此暂不打算打入其他区域。
