永联资源次季净利涨34%
2016年11月12日
（吉隆坡11日讯）永联资源（ELKDESA，5228，主板金融股）截至9月杪次季，净利上涨34.13%至541万1000令吉，或每股净利2.45仙。
该公司上财年同期净赚403万4000令吉，或每股净利3.26仙。
同期营业额录得2252万5000令吉，比上财年同期的1523万1000令吉，上涨47.89%，归功于家具贸易业务，带来500万令吉营业额。
派息3.25仙
累计首6个月，净利上涨21.82%至1091万1000令吉；同期营业额则大涨52.33%，至4452万令吉。
另外，该公司也宣布派发每股3.25仙的中期股息。
除权日落在明年1月16日，享有权益日为1月18日，而派息日则是2月8日。
虽然大马今年的增长预测低，但集团2017财年二手汽车融资的需求，不会有放缓的迹象，因该业务仅占整个汽车融资业的一小部分。
此外，基于劳工市场情况不稳定，跟新汽车比较起来，二手汽车的需求可能会增加。
董事部乐观看待集团未来业绩，并会在不影响资产品质下，增长分期付款的组合。
同时，家具贸易业务预计不会为今财年业绩，带来显著贡献。【e南洋】

永联资源5配1附加股．最多筹措5984万
（吉隆坡11日讯）永联资源（ELKDESA,5228,主板金融组）建议5配1发售附加股，筹措最多5984万4000令吉为车贷业务融资。
该公司发文告表示，建议以5配1比例发售最高5158万9369股新股，发售价为每股1令吉16仙。
与此同时，该公司也建议扩大注册股本，从3亿令吉（共3亿股），增至5亿令吉（5亿股）。
张福财等寻求豁免全购另外也建议修改公司章程，以及寻求豁免张福财及相关友好伙伴（PACS）联手进行强制性全购。
附加股计划完成后，张福财及相关友好伙伴的持股将增至扩大股本后的33%以上，将触动全购为持有股权机制，不过双方并无意展开全购。
上述企业还需股东、大马交易所、大马证券委员会及相关人士批准，预计2017年第二季完成，料正面贡献未来盈利。

永联资源末季净利扬26%
2017年5月20日
（吉隆坡19日讯）分期付款及家具贸易业务贡献走高，永联资源（ELKDESA，5228，主板金融股）在截至3月杪的2017财年末季，净利年增25.6%，同时建议派发每股3.5仙。
永联资源向交易所报备，净利从前年末季的511万令吉，增加至642万令吉，或每股净利2.79仙。
全年赚2300万
据业绩报告，分期付款业务税前盈利年增11.1%；而家具贸易税前盈利则从前年亏损1万2811令吉，转为2017财年收益18万6783令吉。
末季营业额从前年同期的1789万8000令吉，年增38.8%，至2485万令吉。
累计全年，净利年增22.4%，报2300万1000令吉；营业额录得9448万9000令吉，年升47.3%。
另外，永联资源也建议派发每股3.5仙的股息，将在来临的股东大会寻求股东通过。【e南洋】

专攻利基市场．永联资源料胜去年
（吉隆坡2日讯）永联资源（ELKDESA，5228，主板金融组）二手汽车借贷业务净呆账率（NPL）偏低及专攻利基市场，今年业绩有望比去年来得好。
出席股东大会的小股东向《星洲财经》表示，管理层说公司目前的净呆账率只有1.2%，比起同领域业者还要来得低，市占率亦低于1%，相信今年的业绩可以比去年来得更好。
管理层表示，该公司二手汽车借贷业务客户的借贷额主要在2万令吉以下，而银行不愿处理借贷额太小的客户。因此，公司拥有一定的利基市场，借贷利息约10%左右。
“第一及第二流的顾客来借，我也不会借，因为他们可以获得5至6%的利息贷款，没有理由要和我借。”
根据年报，该公司2013至2017财政年的的净呆账率从2.8%走低至1.2%；贷款损失覆盖率（Loan Loss Coverage）从179%走高至289%；净负债比从0.35倍走低至0.08倍。
管理层说，公司的净负债比曾经高达10倍，金融风暴之时，营运面对相当大的困境，因此公司极力降低负债比。
不署名分析员说，按289%的贷款损失覆盖率来看，永联资源可媲美大众银行（PBBANK,1295,主板金融组）。
迟理财 怎样早退休？
针对家具业务方面，管理层则表示，该业务对公司的贡献只是很小的部份而已。
2017年该公司税前盈利为3056万7000令吉，借贷业务贡献了3020万令吉、家具业务贡献额为36万7000令吉。

永联首季净利跌8%
2017年8月19日
（吉隆坡18日讯）永联资源（ELKDESA，5228，主板金融股）截至6月杪首季，净利跌8.2%，报505万令吉；营业额涨16.3%，报2557万1000令吉。
永联资源向交易所报备，营业额走高是因为二手汽车分期付款和家具业务贡献增加。
当季税前盈利滑落8%，写690万令吉，归咎于分期付款的盈利贡献下挫。
虽然前景谨慎，但却没有拖累永联资源的二手汽车融资需求走缓，因为相比整体汽车融资领域，公司的规模相对小。
“我们会继续在利基市场策略地营运，并专注于扩大低价的二手汽车融资业务。”
至于家具业务，则和其他本地的零售业务一样，受消费情绪不振和疲软的经济环境冲击。
不过，该公司仍会继续扩展家具业务，确保提升各环节的营运效率。
董事部乐观看待今年的表现会比去年好，且将在不牺牲资产素质的情况下，继续扩大分期付款的组合。

On behalf of the Board, Mercury Securities wishes to announce that as at the close of acceptance, excess application and payment for the Rights Issue at 5.00 p.m. on 23 August 2017 ("Closing Date"), the total valid acceptances and excess applications received for the Rights Issue is 46,492,498 Rights Shares, representing 100% of the Rights Shares available for subscription under the Rights Issue.

两大业务中期缺催化剂．永联业务前景受限
（吉隆坡5日讯）永联资源（ELKDESA,5228,主板金融组）二手车车贷业务有利可图，但艾芬黄氏研究却对车贷市场过度曝露高风险大众市场感到忧虑，加上家具贸易和制造业务无望显著推动盈利增长，可能箝制未来业务增长前景。
艾芬黄氏研究表示，永联资源现有两大业务，即二手车车贷和家具交易／制造，但两大业务中期前景均缺乏催化因素。
“车贷业务现贡献永联资源营业和税前盈利69%和99%，尽管车贷业务获利甚高，净利赚益达到33至35%，有效利率介于13至18%，呆账率也低见1.5至1.6%，但中低收入群的目标客群转嫁高生活费能力不高，将使得集团曝露于高风险的大众市场。”
该行补充，永联资源管理层也无意多元化消费者融资产品种类，加上家具贸易和制造业务难显著提振集团收入表现，使得未来业务增长前景受限。
股价料已全面反映利多“在纳入近期附加股和不可赎回可转换无担保债券（ICULS）带来的每股盈利稀释效益，以及集团未来将继续追求内部增长，潜在催化因素匮乏，我们相信该股股价已全面反映利多。”
不过，艾芬黄氏研究说，永联资源2018至2019财政年周息率达到5.2至5.8%，可能会吸引追求防御策略的投资者目光，因此给予其“守住”评级，目标价为1令吉18仙。
