反而，这几天的NICORP，AGLOBAL 进出票都很齐全，好像在换庄家中，下一波不远了！

1 Utopia Berhad (Formerly known as Tejari Technologies Berhad) ("the Company") is pleased to announce that its Board of Directors proposes to seek a renewal and additional mandate from shareholders of the Company at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting for the Company and/or its subsidiaries to enter into recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature which are necessary for its day-to-day operations, provided that such transactions are made at arm's length and on normal commercial terms and are on terms not more favourable to the related parties than those generally available to the public and are not to the detriment of the minority shareholders.
The Company also be seeking shareholders' approval for a mandate on additional recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Comapny
A Circular in relation to the above will be sent to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
This announcement is dated 4 April 2012. |
