互泰是於2005年1月17日取代米达斯机构上市地位的中小型產业股，当年主要產业发展计划多专注在马六甲及柔佛州，当时也表示会放眼进军巴生河流域市场，主要涉及房屋，商业及工业发展计划，及服务公寓及工业厂房出租的產业管理领域。

据资料显示，自上市以来，该公司作风低调，罕有重大事件公佈。惟直至2010年3月，以1千660万令吉收购马六甲一块26.36公顷的租赁地，同年8月以599万4千605令吉代价，收购雪州灵市的3块地段，包括两块各佔地9英亩及一么块佔地3.844英亩的地皮。

去年该公司也进行两项地皮收购活动，即於去年6月初，以1千333万5千898万收购柔佛州地不佬的3块土地，以供未来发展。接著数天后，该公司再宣佈以4千400万令吉代价，收购新山的两块永久地契地皮，以作未来发展，分別佔地5.3747公顷及9千零79.8773平方公尺。

　截至去年9月底年度报告显示，该公司交出亮眼的第三季財报，净利按年暴涨逾两倍至829万令吉。营业额按年劲涨61%至2326万2000令吉﹔净利更按年暴涨逾两倍，从221万3000令吉增至829万令吉。

　该公司宣佈，每股收益从0.59仙，按年起2.75倍至2.21仙﹔並派发每股0.50仙股息。

　互泰向马交所报备，该业绩归功予房產量销售量走强，加上投资房產的合理价值相较去年同期上扬至约450万令吉。

根据互泰（GMUTUAL，9962，主板产业股）在2011财年首9个月，净利按年表现更是飙升逾1倍，达1576万令吉。

以2010财年的净利表现，以及周四闭市价23.5仙，该股的本益比（PE）约8倍；去年，互泰共派发1仙股息，依此计算，周息率逾4%。

截至今年9月30日，互泰的每股净资产达65仙，该股价已出现超过50%的折价。

根据以上一些基本面，若你满意4%的周息率，可长期投资，因股价可谓是低估，至于其股价走势，仍取决于投资者的信心。

另外，从互泰2010财报显示，大股东包括Low Chwee Tian（13.26%）、Syarikat Real Properties S/B（10.65%）、Maxwell Ventures S/B（10.65%）和T.K. Teo Managemeng S/B（10.65%）。

截至2010年12月31日，该集团短期银行贷款2549万令吉；长期银行贷款2349万令吉；总资产3亿901万及现金与银行余款为915万令吉。[Nanyang]

互泰斥1111萬購柔地段

（吉隆坡10日訊）互泰（GMUTUAL，9962，主要板房產）以1111萬令吉收購一塊位于柔佛的土地，面積達6070.2平方公尺。

該公司向馬證交所報備指出，子公司Rainbow Entity私人有限公司向Ultimate Support私人有限公司，以1110萬7630令吉收購位于柔佛地不佬的一塊永久地契土地。

根據買賣協議，互泰將于9月先支付訂金111萬763令吉，並須在爾后3個月內付清余額999萬6867令吉。[ChinaPress]
