March将会有一个Super Street Fighter 4 AE 2012 版本比赛.
比赛是TAG TEAM的, 用PS3.
比赛可以用PS3 controller 或者joystick (由比赛者自己带来)

IC or Passport number, HP Number & Email address for each player
-We only can confirm your teamspot after we receive your participation fees via bank in. Details will be posted in the event page.
-Participation = rm 60 per team

TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE: (3RD March)
9am - 9.30am = Setup , Registration Start.
9.30am - 10.30am = Generate 1st group table by draw, show with projector
10.30am - 2.45pm = 1st Group Stage (1st Half)-> Lunch Break-> Cont.
2.45pm - 3.00pm = Generate 2nd group table, show with projector
3.00pm - 6.00pm = 2nd Group Stage
6.00pm - 7.00pm = Dinner Break
7.00pm - 10.00pm = Top 8 Showdown
10.00pm = Prize Giving Ceremony

RULES & REGULATION:
-Be advised that this tournament is tide on time schedule, each participating team must be punctual in order to have a smooth schedule as planned.
-DS3,Arcade Stick(PS3) and Hitbox (Stickless Stick) are allowed.
Please bring your own controller/stick and handle with care, the organizer and its committee has no responsibility in whatsoever manner if player's stick stole or broke. Please take note.
-No Smoking , No Alchohol , No Outside Food (please bring it to canteen if you have to)
-All Character are Playable. no banned character.
-The Game BGM will be shut off and left the Sound Effect Only!
the reason : too much setup + a P.A system 's BGM.
-No swearing while tournament. A warning will be given if so, 2nd time caught, C U NX YEAR.
-Taunt is allowed. Use at your own risk.
-In the event of any team member is absent, the team is still eligible to compete for the tournament, however, the absent spot is automatic calculate as lost.
-Pause button press (no matter accidentally or purposedly while in game is considered a foul play. we will implement a new rule this time, every foul that a player commited can be result to :
1)Let your opponent land a 3 HIT COMBO to u.
= jump normal -> stand normal -> character's Signature Skill.
Example : Ryu = Jump Hp -> Stand HP -> 1 hit SRK ONLY = 3 hits combo
2)After this 3 hit combo, players are required walk their character backwards 3 seconds then continue the play.
3) if the punishment given is more than 3 hits, marshall will settle it onsite between players.
4) if the punishment given is less than 2 or below 2 hits combo. NO MORE extra hit given!
5) punishment apply to all circumstances when pause button is pressed and are not eligible to carry forward to the nx round, meaning, punish yr opponent to death b4 the 3 hits combo finish is considered finished process.
6) Marshall will signal the player that these rules applied after a foul commited, make sure both player understand coz we still don know who is the one press the button, 1st player (on the left) will then press the start button 1st to determine whether is he the one who press for foul. if not then it will be 2nd player (on the right) press to apply the rules above.
7) Device faulty force press are exceptional case, Marshall will discuss and settle with players on site.

TAG TEAM FIGHT FORMAT:
(先锋 and 大将 is fix while registration)
(Character is limited to 2 for each player, fix while registration)
(Blind Pick at the character selection screen,if requested)
Game 1 = 先锋 VS 先锋 (1 game only, Best of 3 rounds)
Game 2 = 大将 VS 大将 (1 game only, Best of 3 rounds)
Game 3 (Rubber Game) = Surviving member of opposing team.
(1 game only, Best of 3 rounds)
*There is no Game 3 if both member of the team eliminated in Game 1 and Game 2.
*Double KO for Game1 or Game2 3rd Round considered Draw, an extra ROUND apply.
*Double KO for Game3 3rd Round, considered Draw, 1 point each team.

TOURNAMENT FORMAT:
1ST GROUP STAGE:
- Max 40 teams , split to 8 groups with each group 5 teams.
- Each team are required to compete with the other 4 teams in the group to collect the highest points to advance.
-Straight win without rubber = earn 3 points , Rubber Game win = 2 points , Draw = 1 point , Lost = nil
-Highest point of the group declare as winner, 2nd highest as 2nd place and will advance to 2nd group stage accordingly.
- 3rd, 4th and 5th place, See you next year.

2ND GROUP STAGE
16teams, split to 4 groups with each group 4 teams
- Same Condition to 1st Stage.
- Highest point of the group declare as winner, 2nd highest as 2nd place and will advance to TOP 8 D.E. Bracket.

TOP 8 Double Elimination Bracket : 8 teams (TOP 8)
rules are simple, u lose, u are thrown to loser bracket, u lose again in loser bracket, then see you next year.
