现在 #hotlink 和 Free Internet Prepaid Plan 是指同一个咚咚。
#hotlink 有两个亮点：
1）拨号和信息收费比较便宜。 12sen/30sec & 7sen/SMS to all local networks. Calls are in 30-second charging block.
2) 免费每个月以 64kbps 的网速(比十几年前的56K dialup 1511/1515 稍微快一点) 使用 3GB的月流量。
(这两个亮点的前提是，你的号码必须是active的，也就是可以拨号和sms的状态下才有效。也就是说基本上是每个月topup RM30)
有几个缺点：
1) #hotlink plan 无法使用 Validity365(旧名Hotlink365)/Validity90 /Active10 等等旧配套的好处。
2) 如果旧plan换过来 #hotlink，就换不回去了。 而且新开的号码都是 #hotlink 了。 (旧plan用户，比方说 New Hotlink Plan 的用户切换前还是请三思哦。 ）

Validity 365
What is Validity 365?
Validity 365 is an innovative product which enables you to stay active for a year. For 365 days (a year) you won't have to worry about topping up your account to maintain an active mobile phone line. You can SMS and make outgoing calls simply by topping up your airtime credit within this time period.
What does Validity 365 offer?
Upon subscribing to Validity 365, you will enjoy 365 validity days instead of the standard validity days you receive from each top up made on Hotlink Plan (e.g. top up RM10 and only get 10 validity days).
How do I subscribe to Validity 365? How much will I be charged?
For new customers:
To activate a new Hotlink starter pack, dial *100# and select 'Hotlink Specials'
For existing customers:
Dial *100# and select 'Hotlink Specials'
Note: For existing customers, kindly ensure that your account has a minimum of 5 active days. Once the subscription is successful, a non-returnable subscription fee of RM33 will be deducted from your account.
Who is eligible for the Validity 365 offer?
Validity365 is available for those on the following plans only:
Extra Plan
Basic Plan
New Hotlink Plan*
New Hotlink Sabah/Sarawak Plan
Social Edition Plan
If I subscribe to Validity 365, what will be my call and SMS rates?
Your call and SMS rates will be according to the rates of your Hotlink account rateplan. To check your current rateplan, dial *100# > Hotlink Specials > Prepaid Query.
I'm an existing Hotlink customer. If I subscribe to Validity 365, will I maintain my promotional free talktime/SMS/points from my current plan?
Yes. You will maintain your promotional free talktime/SMS/points from your previous plan.
When will my Validity 365 expire?
Your Validity 365 will only expire for the following reasons:
Failure to fulfill the accumulated top up condition of RM30 in the first six months of the subscription
Failure to renew your Validity 365 when the 365 validity days are over.
What will happen when my Validity 365 expires?
You will be auto-switched to your previous amount of active and deactive days within your current Hotlink rate plan. You will now have to top up to earn your validity days (e.g. top up RM10 and get 10 validity days). You can always subscribe to Validity 365 again by dialing *100# and select 'Hotlink Specials'. Just pay the RM33 annual fee to continue enjoying Validity 365.
Is there a condition I need to meet during my subscription to Validity 365?
Yes. You will need to accumulate top up of RM30 or more in the first six months of your 365 validity days. (e.g. a minimum of RM5 x 6 months or RM10 x 3 months). However, please note that top ups contributed from Share a Top-up feature will not be considered in this case.
I've subscribed to Validity 365. But I did not accumulate RM30 or more top up credits in the first six months of my 365 validity days. What will happen?
If you did not fulfill the condition by Day 180, your Validity 365 subscription (and the remaining 180 validity days) will expire immediately. After that, you will be auto-switched to your previous amount of active and deactive days within your current Hotlink rate plan. You will then have to top up to earn your validity days (e.g. top up RM10 and get 10 validity days). You can always subscribe to Validity 365 again by dialing *100# and select 'Hotlink Specials'. Just pay the RM33 annual fee to continue enjoying Validity 365.
My 365 validity days are expiring soon. How can I renew it?
You will receive a renewal invitation SMS 30 days before your plan's expiry date. Just follow the instruction to renew. Once the renewal is successful, RM33 will be deducted from your account

What is the voice call and SMS rate for the New Hotlink Plan?
Enjoy 24sen/min and 5sen/SMS to Hotlink/Maxis numbers and 36sen/min and 10sen/SMS to other networks with the New Hotlink Plan. Calls are in 30-second charging blocks.
What are the call and SMS rates for Activ10?
They are 12sen/min and 1sen/SMS to 10 of your favourite Hotlink/Maxis numbers. All calls are in 30-second charging blocks.

Lifecycle Validity
What is the lifecycle of the New Hotlink Plan?
The New Hotlink Plan gives you a 30-day active period upon activation, with an additional 90-day deactive period.
What is 'deactive' period?
When in deactive period, you can only receive incoming call and SMS. To be able to make call and SMS, please perform a top up. To avoid service cancellation, please top up before the end of the deactive period.
What will happen to my unused credit during the deactive period?
Your unused credit during the deactive period will be frozen, and you can only receive incoming calls and SMS. Upon your next top up, unused credit balance can be used with your top up amount.
What should I do to keep my Hotlink account active?
Top up to stay active. Alternatively, you may subscribe to Hotlink 365 (available for Extra/Basic/New Hotlink Plan subscribers) at a subscription rate of RM33/year.

 maxis有贵的理由
hotlink就没有了
目前来说有5mbps理论上就足够支持网络情况了
很多家都有这种速度

其实maxis postpaid的plan都不错。。。价钱都很合理。。。
比方说。。。谈话的plan ... talkmore rm28, 200mims talk time + 100SMS....如果每月有用200mins....用prepaid也肯定超过RM28....
如果要data...加多RM48 1GB data... 过了Quota也没有extra charge....速度也都有1Mbps以上。。。只是上传速度慢而已。。。上网都完全不是问题。。。
我觉得一分钱一分货。。。。
5Mbps很多telcos可以达到。。。。可是不是每个telco都可以maintain这样的速度。。。很多时候这都是maximum speed...不见的他们可以达得到。。。

发现 Validity365条款中,半年内需要另行topup RM30 的那一行被删除了。 未测试!!!
希望真的是被取消了。要不然 Auto renewal没有意义。
