Call warrant(xx-Cx)是由第三方issue（cimb,osk,ammb等），寿命都很短暂（<1年）。。
Warrant（xx-Wx）就由自家公司所发出，寿命相比的较call warrant长(>1年，三年/五年/+不等)。。

各位大大，小弟想请教下以下的warrant 。目前母股价前是RM 1.83, 买WB 价格 RM0.65.
Exercise Price 1.25.
(a) 如果到期后，母股的价钱保持RM1.83, 那么我需要每WB股用RM1250 来转换是吗？
(b) 如果到期后，母股的价钱跌到RM1.53, 那么WB的价钱会变成0吗？或者预测是0.35, 我仍然需要每WB股用RM1250来转换。
(c) 如果到期后，母股的价钱跌到RM1.13,  WB的价钱应该会变成0吧。应为我需要用RM1250来转换母股。

(d) 如果到期后，母股的价钱起到RM2.20,  那么我有优势用RM1250来转换母股？

有哪位大大可以澄清一下？

    各位大大，小弟想请教下以下的warrant 。目前母股价前是RM 1.83, 买WB 价格 RM0.65.

如果母股跌到RM1.53, 我都用了RM0.65 买WB, 索性贴多RM1.25 换母股= RM1.90 (亏RM0.37)
如果不转换，我就亏掉RM0.65...
是这样的道理吧。。。

期望有大大可以给下珍贵的意见。。 因为小弟买了50粒YTLpower WB, 平均价RM0.65.

    是的。。。无论如何只要母股没有低过excercise price ...到期了还是转换会比较好。。。除非你不要再拿多余的现金出来。。。

在你懂得call warrant前，你必须要懂得母股的走向.....
那间公司的母股到底是否会上升？

第二就要看call warrant的expired date...

其实你们懂得call warrant和warrant的区别吗？

哈哈 call warrant issued by bank , warrant issued by company。。

所以要先搞清楚，你是买call warrant还是warrant... 如果连这点都搞不懂。。小弟劝你们不要碰了...

可不可以这样比喻，

warrant 是上市公司本身发行的股票，但是是在到期后才算股票，没到期前拿来集资的工具。
example WA/ WB 等

call warrant 是根那间上市公司没有关系的金融业者开出来赌大小的盘，通常是一年为期限，跟散户赌赌看一年后那间上市公司的股价有没有那么高，但是条件由他们定。赌盘开了，你敢就来。 example CE/ CC/ CA 等。
