受惠令吉原油 成业今年將交出好业绩

(加影9日讯)家具与木制產品製造商--成业资源(SYF,7082,主板消费股)表示,由于营运成本將受惠于令吉走软和原油价格下跌,因此预计今年將交出较佳的业绩。

成业资源执行董事拿督斯里钱丰良指出,傢具业者,尤其是出口商,將迎来正面的一年,因为原料成本下跌,包括天然树胶价格跌至5年来新低。

他补充说,「公司整体业务都有成长,包括傢具和材料业务,以及房地產业务也为公司贡献盈利。公司超过50%的盈利来自傢具业务,而25至30%则来自房地產业务的贡献。」

他在今天出席股东常年大会后,向媒体如此表示。

產品出口至全球88个国家的成业资源,其2014財政年(截至7月31日止)全年税前盈利为2701万6000令吉,高于2013財政年的1144万8000令吉;而营业额也从2013財政年的2亿1970万令吉,增至2亿7710万令吉。

扩展家具业务

展望未来,钱丰良表示,公司计划扩展傢具业务。

「隨著傢具业务表现良好,相信银行將继续为公司提供融资,加上公司的负债率低(负债额介于5000万至6000万令吉),因此我们没有计划在市场集资。」

在房地產领域方面,他表示,这不同于傢俱业务,由于房地產市场疲软將影响新盘的购买率,所以相信发展商都会抱持观望的態度。

「无论如何,房地產业务不是我们的核心业务,而公司將继续专注在士毛月、加影及双溪龙地区。

「我们相信在捷运工程的带动下,这些区域的產业价值將在未来升高。」他透露,鉴于產业业务是在2012年公司重组后才涉及,因此成业资源倾向以联营方式,发展房產业务,因为可获得较高的回酬。

成业週五以44仙收盘,全天上升3.529%或1.5仙,成交量为128万2900股。【东方网财经】

(吉隆坡19日讯)SYF资源有限公司(SYF,7082,消费产品组)现正推行扩充策略,以减轻周期性的家具业务对集团造成不利影响,这使集团在景气及不景气的时候能够享受稳定的盈利基础。

该集团执行董事拿督斯里钱丰良说:“在这个行业,你可能经历10年平淡,然后突然经历2年大丰收。目前,上升周期已经到来,我们要充分利用这次机会,现在是时候让我们赚一些钱。”

他称:“现时,我们正在执行‘小工厂策略’,即是将在供应商附近设立一间木板制造厂以支持我们的核心业务,就是生产橡胶木家具。”

钱氏指出:“只要市场有需求,我们将会设立多一些工厂。目前,我们正在投资第2间中密度纤维板(MDF)厂,并将在5月开始运作。一旦投产后,每月可提供额外6000至8000立方米的中密度纤维板。”

他补充:“随着家具板、饭厅和卧室家具需求持续上升,我们将会增加工厂的数量。”

自2010年以来,SYF资源已涉足上游业务,包括橡胶木材采伐、锯木和加工活动,以及生产半制成品。目前,它拥有2家工厂生产刨花板和中密度纤维板。

SYF资源的小工厂策略使到它能在工厂内推行精益生产理念,以提高工作效率。从上游生产过程中出现的废物,将会被转化为原材料作为制造木板,以产生额外收入来源,同时也可帮助降低成本。

据钱氏透露,这个想法是令到集团实现一个有弹性和成本效益的业务,在4项关键的业务中,家具、木材、木板和房地产发展,各项业务每年分别贡献25%的整体净利。

他预计,集团在截至2016年7月31日止财政年度,家具业务所取得的营业额,将会录得两位数的增长,因它意识到新的中密度纤维板厂收入将会增加,因为市场对家具产品的需求持续,以及美元走强导致出现外汇赚益。

自去年以来,由于木材价格下降和美元兑令吉强劲,使到家具制造商预期出口收益将会提高。

由于出口占SYF资源营业额的40%左右,该公司将局部外汇敞口进行对冲以降低风险。据钱氏说,虽然令吉兑美元跌至6年低点,但是所得的益处不会较同业为多。

尽管如此,它继续将资源分配在房地产发展业务,它在2011年底已进军该业务,这个保守的策略在长期上可能会带来稳定的回酬。

钱氏解释,SYF资源的经营策略已经帮助它在周期性的家具行业中渡过难关,就像在2012年,当时原材料短缺推升成本,以及令吉强劲挤压利润率,迫使许多业者退出市场。

他表示:“我们经历了许多周期,只要我们能够在景气时期充分把握机会,并且尽量提高赚幅,以支持在低迷时期的营运。”

钱氏承认:“我们还积极在上游和下游业务中寻找并购机会。然而,一家潜在的并购对象,必须对我们的现有业务具有较佳的补充作用,而且价格也要适中。

他补充:“所收购的对象必须要有协同作用。如果并购后可以增加双利润的话,我们愿意付出较高的收购价。”

钱氏称:“有一次,我们在下游业务中寻找一个潜在并购对象,但是价格不适合。我们喜欢那些拥有可预测收入的并购对象,而且协同效应将会提高双方的盈利能力。”【光华日报财经】

成业资源拟1400万购地

(吉隆坡21日讯)成业资源(SYF,7082,主板消费产品股)与地主签署土地租赁购买协议,或会以1400万令吉购置森美兰州7块永久地契购置土地。

该公司向马交所报备,在此协议下,成业资源独资子公司Great PLatform有限公司,将以每月5万2500令吉租金,向Eleplas工业有限公司,租下面积达40英亩的土地以及厂房。

成业资源可选在年底前,考虑是否购下相关土地;若计划购地,将通过内部资金以及贷款完成购地计划,此举将推高公司负债比例。【南洋网财经】

The Board of Directors of SYF Resources Berhad (“SYF” or “the Company”) wishes to provide further information on the basis of the valuation used by KGV International Property Consultants (M) Sdn Bhd :-
1)   Currently, there are three main buildings on the Demised Premises.
2)   Based on existing use as unconverted land, the valuation of RM10.752 million takes into account the value of the land as agricultural land and the value of one building only as under agricultural status, only one building is allowed to be erected on the land.
3)  Upon conversion to industrial use together with all three buildings approved by the relevant authorities, the valuation premised on this assumption is RM17.25 million and it is arrived at based on industrial land value and the value of three buildings.
4)    In arriving at the above valuations, the “Comparison and Cost” method is used under which the value of the land is based on the comparison method and the value of the building(s) based on the estimated cost to erect such building(s).

成業資源 末季淨利倍增至千萬

(吉隆坡25日訊)受房地產發展業務所帶動,成業資源(SYF,7082,主要板消費)截至7月底2015財年末季淨利按年激增近倍至1012萬令吉。

成業資源向馬證交所報備,末季淨利揚升92%至1012萬令吉;營業額起80%至1億1490萬令吉。

該公司全年淨賺2494萬令吉,淨利上揚15%;營業額增14%至3億1624萬令吉。

根據報備文件,業績獲得改善主要因為建築工程進展順利,帶動房產發展業務貢獻,加上美元走強,提高橡膠木家具的出口銷售。

不過展望2016財年,該公司認為,全球經濟很大程度無驚喜,長遠看來,相信美元無法進一步讓公司受惠,因為可能要根據貨幣走勢,調整售價。

國內方面,該公司說,市場對國內經濟的擔憂,以及更嚴謹的貸款審批程序,已影響房產發展業,但相信雙溪龍和士毛月的現有計劃,因坐落策略地點,料可取得可觀的銷售表現。【中国报财经】

成业资源首季赚1083万

(吉隆坡18日讯)成业资源(SYF,7082,主板消费产品股)的业务表现佳,特别是产业发展和橡胶木家具出口营业额增加,带动公司截至10月31日止首季净利按年激增1.1倍。

公司首季净赚1082万8000令吉,相等于每股净利1.77仙,高于上财年同期的515万2000令吉或0.85仙。

此外,营业额则从6003万9000令吉,按年上涨58%,达9492万4000令吉。

虽然预计目前经济环境不会改善,但公司表现依然坚韧,可面对挑战。

成业资源指,下游出口家具业务保持竞争力,且将持续致力于产品发展和留住客户。

至于上游材料业务,公司有意提高出口经过处理的橡胶木材料至其他亚洲国家,特别是中国和印度,取代国内疲弱的需求。

此外,明年新增的产能投入营运将对木板业务带来增长动力。

今年推2亿產业项目 成业冀业绩双位数成长

(吉隆坡7日讯)成业资源(SYF,7082,主板消费股)计划在今年推出2项產业项目,发展总值(GDV)合计约2亿令吉,在產业业务的贡献支撑下,公司预期2016財政年(7月31日结账)业绩可获得双位数成长。

虽然2016財政年首季交出好成绩,及预期全年会有卓越的表现,但过去10年未派息的成业资源,短期內仍未有派息的打算。该公司执行董事钟维强表示,今年还不是派发股息的时机。

「我们需要投入资金以提升公司表现,而这意味著我们必须牺牲派息方可达成。」

未来2年或派息

另一名执行董事拿督斯里钱丰良则指出,若一切按照计划顺利进行,公司有望在2017或2018財政年派发股息。

展望未来,他表示,该公司2016財政年的业绩可获得双位数成长,接下来则將继续保持稳定的成长步伐。

他们是在成业资源的股东大会后,对记者发表以上谈话。该公司主席拿督斯里黄亚財也出席今日的记者会。

主要从事家具生產的成业资源预计,其產业臂膀可成为带动今年业绩成长的因素。包括今年將推出的2个项目在內,该公司在未来3至4年內,共有发展总值5亿令吉的项目。

今年预期將推出的2个项目均座落双溪龙(Sungai Long),其中一项將在农历新年后推出,而另一项则仍待当局批准。

钱氏说,「我们將专注于双溪龙、加影,以及蕉赖一带的產业发展。」

他补充,这地区有拉曼大学双溪龙校园,预期將带动当地產业发展,再加上捷运(MRT)即將开通,因此该区域在未来几年的前景向好。

该公司目前共有2亿8000万令吉的未入账销售,而负债率则为0.4倍。虽然现財政年主要驱动业绩成长的是產业领域,不过,长期而言,该公司仍將会以製造业务为主力。

「原因是產业领域表现较为波动,而製造业务可提供更高的稳定性。」

拓展上游业务

成业资源近年来拓展其上游业务,并拥有2家木板製造工厂,同时,该公司將投入4000万令吉的资本支出来兴建第3家工厂,预计可在2017年落成。

3家工厂皆位於森美兰州,並可用於锯木、烘乾等用途。同时,该公司对於生產所需的原料將会物尽其用,以完全释放其价值,同时可达到节约成本的效果。而所生產的木板多用於家具製造。【东方网财经】

成业资源澄清 没拟定股息政策

(吉隆坡29日讯)成业资源(SYF,7082,主板消费产品股)发文告澄清,目前没有制定正式的股息政策。

昨日,该公司通过马交所发文告,一旦决定推行股息政策,将会在未来作出宣布。

该公司是针对《星报》昨日的报道,而作出澄清。

报道指,成业资源计划在未来通过制造业务取得的现金流,推行股息政策。

同时,该报道引述执行董事兼大股东拿督斯里池鸿良(译音)表示,最初目标是从家具业务取出大约30%盈利派发股息,但仅会在2017年后期实现。【南洋网财经】

Reference is made to the article entitled “SYF Plans Dividend Policy” with sub-header “Group aims to initially distribute around 30% of profits from its furniture business” which appeared in the Page 2 of the Starbiz section of the Star on Monday, 28 March 2016.

SYF Resources Berhad (“SYF” or “the Company”) wishes to inform that at the present moment, the Company does not have a formal dividend policy in place. An announcement will accordingly be made to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad at such time in future, upon the Company having resolved to implement a dividend policy.

Unless otherwise defined, the terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as those defined in the announcements dated 20 March 2015.

Reference is made to the Company’s announcements made on 20 March 2015, 24 March 2015 and 25 March 2015.

The Board of Directors of SYF Resources Berhad (“SYF” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that Great Platform Sdn. Bhd., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 10 June 2016 entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement with Eleplas Industries Sdn. Bhd. (“EISB”) for the purchase of the Demised Premises at the purchase price of RM13,750,000.00 only. The adjusted purchase price was arrived at on a willing buyer willing seller basis after taking into consideration the work done by EISB in the application process for the conversion of category of land use of the Demised Premises to “Industrial”. The said application is now pending the approval from the relevant authority.

Reference is made to the Company’s announcements made on 20 March 2015, 24 March 2015, 25 March 2015 and 10 June 2016.

The Board of Directors of SYF Resources Berhad (“SYF” or “the Company”) wishes to further announce that as provided in the Tenancy Agreement dated 20 March 2015 entered into between Great Platform Sdn. Bhd. (“the Purchaser”) and Eleplas Industries Sdn. Bhd. (“EISB”), the purchase price for the Demised Premises shall be RM14,000,000.00 only, subject to the procurement by EISB, at its own cost and expense of the appropriate authority the approval for the change of category of land use of the Demised Premises to “Industrial” (“Conversion Approval”) on or before 31 December 2015 (“Conditions Precendent”). The parties have further agreed that if the Conditions Precedent cannot be fulfilled within the stipulated time and in the absence of any extension of time agreed to by the Purchaser in the Purchaser’s absolute discretion, the purchase price shall be reduced to RM13,500,000.00 only.

The Company was informed by EISB that they have submitted the application for the Conversion Approval and the said application is now pending the approval from the relevant authority. As such, after negotiation with EISB and taking into consideration the work done by EISB for the said application, the parties have agreed to adjust the purchase price for the Demised Premises to RM13,750,000.00 only.

成业资源第3季净利扬42%

2016年6月22日
(吉隆坡21日讯)产业发展业务营业额和木板业务销售齐提升,成业资源(SYF,7082,主板消费产品股)截至4月30日第三季业绩报捷,净利按年扬41.5%。

该公司当季净赚914万1000令吉,胜于去年同季的646万令吉。

营业额则从去年同季的7880万1000令吉,走高至9873万9000令吉,按年涨幅25.3%。

首9个月净利翻倍

累计首9个月,净利按年飙涨105.17%,至3039万6000令吉;营业额则增49.53%,报3亿105万3000令吉。

成业资源认为,即使面临挑战的市况,但公司仍维持韧性,加上采取的策略和措施,将专注于能够带动公司稳健增长的领域。【e南洋】
