Further to the Company’s announcement made on 16 April 2015 pertaining to the Master Application and Content Provider Agreement (“Agreement”) and the subsequent announcement on 21 April 2015 in reply to the query letter dated 20 April 2015 from Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of mTouche wishes to inform the Effect of the Agreement shall be read as follows:- Effect of the Agreement The Company is optimistic on this venture with Celcom as it is the telco’s first imbedded application inside their plan and the success rest with Celcom on their “Go To Market” plan for the product and plan. The Agreement is expected to contribute positively to mTouche Group’s earnings per share and net assets per share for the financial year ending 31 December 2015. The Company does not foresee any exceptional risk other than the normal operational risk associated with the signing of this Agreement. This announcement is dated 23 April 2015.

（吉隆坡30日讯）在连续九年亏损后，万通科技（MTOUCHE，0092，创业板）预测随着3个智能手机应用程式（apps）在本地以及印尼市场推出后，明年次季将可转亏为盈。

该公司总执行长莫哈末扎希预计这项新手机应用程式将为该公司在明年次季，带来60%的营业额贡献。

万通科技在2015财年首季（截至3月31日）转盈为亏，从去年同期的2万8000令吉净利，转为亏损104万1000令吉。营业额也从去年的710万2000令吉，减少19.57%，至571万2000令吉。

推加密程式

莫哈末扎希说，即将推出的应用程式包括One Krypto。

据One Krypto官方网站指出，该程式适用于对短讯、电邮以及谈话讯息内容提供加密功能，确保讯息安全。

莫哈末扎希指指出，万通科技持续专注发展短讯及手机服务功能的核心业务，因为该业务依旧为公司贡献营业额。

Qualifications	Mr Darren holds a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Accounting and Finance from The University of Melbourne, Australia.
Working experience and occupation	Prior to joining mTouche Technology Berhad, Mr Low was the business development executive of Compugates Sabah Sdn. Bhd., a company involved in solar power electrification and installation of solar power lighting. He is presently a director of Nakamichi Corporation Berhad and K&K Security Services Sdn. Bhd.
