成本和競爭料加劇‧大石洋灰業績難回勇

（吉隆坡4日訊）大石洋灰（TASEK，4448，主板工業產品組）首9個月業績落後預期，聯昌研究預見末季業績將因成本和競爭壓力而更顯疲弱，因此調低2015財測3.4%。
首9個月業績落後預期
聯昌研究在報告中說，大石洋灰首9個月核心淨利落後預期，主要是因為營運賺幅不如預期，而認為第四季業績將進一步轉弱，是考慮到營運成本走高和原料成本以美元計價。
“營業額按年成長6.4%顯示洋灰取得健康銷量，但領域需求卻可能暗示未來市場競爭將更激烈，我們估計今年洋灰銷量取得3至4%增長，但卻會在2016年加快至5至6%。”
聯昌補充，洋灰領域的價格戰曾在去年下半年加劇，相信今年會出現類似現象，尤其在領域需求可能趕在第十一大馬計劃落實前揚升的預期下，新洋灰需求預計來自主要基建項目如捷運二線和三線，敦拉薩國際貿易中心（TRX）和KL118摩天大樓等高樓計劃也將刺激需求。
今年派息或缺看頭
另外，由於大石洋灰已在去年用盡稅務餘款，聯昌部認為該公司今年派息或缺乏看頭，儘管全年的80仙派息額預估仍相當於5%的誘人週息率，這也是該公司目前的唯一魅力。
整體而言，聯昌把大石洋灰的營運賺幅預估從原本的24至26%，調低至23至25%，並因此調低2015年財測3.4%，2016和2017年財測也分別被調低2.3%和1.4%，目標價則調低至15令吉17仙，評級為“守住”。（星洲日報／財經‧報導：李三宇）

（吉隆坡16日讯）洋灰赚幅萎缩，加上成本趋扬，拖累大石机构（TASEK，4448，主板工业产品股）截至12月31日末季，净利跌33%至1847万令吉；宣布派息50仙。
同期营业额扬9%，报1亿8847万1000令吉。
赚幅萎缩
全年而言，净利则萎缩13.1%，企于9126万令吉；营业额起7.1%，报7亿257万6000令吉。
根据文告，末季营业额走高，归功于洋灰和预拌混凝土的销售增加。
不过，由于洋灰赚幅因国内市场价格竞争而萎缩，加上生产成本趋扬，导致净利走下坡。
另外，较低的利息收入及联号公司净利，也一并影响当季净利。
大石机构说，由于油价暴跌，导致政府的油气收入减少，加上令吉贬值，国内首季建筑前景预计充满挑战。
然而，巴生谷的基建项目和部分私人领域项目，如武吉免登商业中心（BBCC）、吉隆坡118大楼（KL118）等，预计可持续推动今年的建筑领域增长。【南洋网财经】

大石机构（TASEK，4448，主板工业产品股）截至12月31日末季净利跌33%至1847万令吉，归咎于洋灰赚幅萎缩，以及成本趋扬。
同时，派发终期股息50仙。
行家建议
50仙的终期股息，将全年股息推高至1.10令吉，周息率高达7.4%，是超越我们80仙预估的惊喜。
不过，这高额派息难以为继，因为公司自2014财年来已经完全用尽108地税准则（108Tax Credit）。
无论如何，派息率依旧是该股的投资焦点之一，截至去年末季，净现金还有2亿4200万令吉。
全年业绩方面，核心净利仅达到预期的93%，因为我们低估了联号业绩和较高营运成本的拖累。
同时，今年的洋灰需求料取得5至6%的增长，但这也意味着削价战将会加剧，特别是许多大型基建工程将在今年展开。
无论如何，我们预计今年每股净利将可增长7%，逆转去年的跌势，可惜削价战、销售价波动和成本压力，将会抵消部分的利好因素。

（吉隆坡28日讯）大石机构（TASEK，4448，主板工业产品股）截至6月30日次季净利按年暴跌42.39%，但仍宣布派息30仙。
基于价格竞争、洋灰生产成本日益提高、低利息收入，以及联号公司盈利不佳，次季净利从上财年同季的3117万7000令吉，挫至1796万2000令吉，或每股净利14.79仙。
由于市场价格竞争激烈，该公司次季营业额仅按年滑4.83%，至1亿7374万3000令吉，上财年同期为1亿8255万8000令吉。
累计上半年，大石机构的净利按年跌25.79%，报4063万5000令吉；营业额也下滑1.09%，至3亿4472万4000令吉。
该公司建议派发每股30仙股息，除权日及享有权益日分别为下月18日和22日。

（吉隆坡29日讯）大石机构（TASEK，4448，主板工业产品股）截至9月30日第三季，净利按年下挫58.08%，至756万令吉或每股净利6.22仙。
上财年同季，该公司则净赚1803万6000令吉。
同期营业额按年减少9.93%，从上财年的1亿6557万4000令吉，下跌至1亿4912万7000令吉。
由于洋灰市场价格竞争激烈，且生产成本走高，导致该公司第三季业务表现逊色。
累积首9个月，大石机构净利按年挫33.8%，从去年同期的7279万令吉，下滑至4819万5000令吉，相等于每股净利39.66仙。
首9股月营业额则报4亿9385万1000令吉，按年略跌3.94%。

大石集团末季净利猛挫88.4% 派息40仙

（吉隆坡23日讯）大石集团（Tasek Corp Bhd）2016财政年末季净利猛挫88.4%至214万令吉，或每股1.72仙，同期净赚1847万令吉，或每股14.9仙，归咎于联号公司当季蒙亏的490万令吉。
2016财年末季（截至2016年12月31日止）的营业额按年下跌14.6%至1亿6094万令吉，同期报1亿8847万令吉，主要因为国内市场的水泥和预拌混凝土（ready-mixed concrete）价格竞争激烈，因而导致平均净价下降。
尽管如此，该集团宣布，2016财年派发每股40仙的终期股息，派息日定在5月26日，这也促使该集团全年派息高达每股70仙。
大石集团2016财年全年净利按年萎缩44.8%至5033万令吉，或每股40.59仙，相比上财年净赚9126万令吉，或每股73.61仙。
合共4季营业额共计6亿5479万令吉，同期报7亿258万令吉，跌幅为6.8%。
大石集团今日通过大马交易所发布文告，随着产业领域放缓，国内建筑业2017年首季或持续面临挑战。

大石集团首季净利暴跌84%

（吉隆坡27日讯）大石集团（Tasek Corp Bhd）2017财政年首季（截至2017年3月31日止）净利暴跌84.3%至356万令吉，或每股2.91仙，归咎于营业额减少、生产成本增加，以及利息收入降低。
相比之下，这家水泥制造商2016财年首季净赚2267万令吉，或每股18.65仙。
大石集团首季录得1亿3233万令吉的营业额，同期报1亿7098万令吉，跌幅达22.6%。该集团单季营业额萎缩，主要是因为本地市场的水泥需求减低，以及水泥和预拌混凝土的平均净价下降。
该集团的水泥业务首季营运盈利走低至87万9000令吉，相较于2016财年同期的2540万令吉，因本地市场长期的价格竞争导致销售额与平均净价下降。
“较高的生产成本、燃油和电力成本上涨，因而导致本集团首季的净利萎缩。”
同样的，预拌混凝土业务的销售额虽有所增长，但赚幅却收窄，营运盈利录得100万令吉，低于上财年同期的140万令吉。
大石集团补充道，长久以来的水泥价格竞争情况，外加产业市场普遍放缓，以及柴油成本上涨令运费增加，导致预拌混凝土的价格下降，从而压缩赚幅。
展望未来，基于水泥的价格竞争愈发剧烈，外加本地产业市场疲软，大石集团预计，2017财年次季将充满挑战。
与此同时，该集团表示，若政府及时推出现有公共领域基础建设项目的其余工程配套，以及吉隆坡多项催化发展计划，水泥和预拌混凝土的需求料随之上涨。

大石机构次季净利暴跌
2017年7月28日
（吉隆坡27日讯）因营业额下跌和洋灰业务的裁员开支，大石机构（TASEK，4448，主板工业产品股）截至6月杪次季，净利按年暴跌99.2%至148万6000令吉，或每股盈利1.22令吉。
该公司今日向马交所报备，净利大跌也可归咎于较低的利息收入和联号公司盈利不佳。
另一方面，次季营业额录得1亿3498万令吉，按年也下跌22.3%。其中，洋灰业务的营业额只录得9790万令吉，按年少了4160万令吉或跌29.8%。
公司解释，营业额表现不佳，是因为洋灰在本地市场的需求低迷，而佳节和封路造成的较短工作天数也是原因之一。另外，市场上持续的削价战，也让公司收入有减无增。
派息20仙
在首半年，该公司的净利也挫87.6%，从4063万5000令吉下滑至504万6000令吉。营业额也从3亿4472万4000令吉，减少至2亿6730万8000令吉，跌幅为22.5%。
另外，公司也宣布派发每股20仙的中期股息，低于去年的每股30仙。
除权日及享有权益日，分别为8月17日和21日，支付日为9月8日。【e南洋】
