業績亮眼‧大方派息‧大石洋灰股價受激勵

（吉隆坡6日訊）大石洋灰（TASEK,4448,主板工業產品組）半年業績亮眼，次季和半年淨利各揚42.5%和28.7%，但分析員認為這僅符合預測，不過該公司大手筆派息獲市場歡迎，股價今日一度猛力揚升3.35%。

聯昌研究預料該公司下半年的稅率正常化回升、營收回軟、及預拌混凝土業務料持續蒙虧等利空，影響今年下半年表現。

股價大起40仙

儘管分析員看淡前景，但該公司次季業績標青，加上慷慨派息每股40仙，激勵股價一度漲升50仙或是3.35%，至15令吉40仙的高峰。全天收市，該公司股價起40仙至15令吉30仙，全天成交量為3萬9千800股。

該公司慷慨派發每股40仙股息，是正面意外驚喜，也可在競爭激烈的洋灰業中支撐其股價表現主因。

聯昌將股息預測上調至80仙，比較之前預測為每股60仙。

該公司今年首半年營業額按年揚升20%，惟預料下半年將難以為繼。

聯昌認為，今年下半年的國內洋灰需求健全，主要來自住宅產業領域，但受到新基建工程計劃推展時機所抵消，因捷運地鐵計劃第二階段，要等到2015年杪才推出所致。

聯昌預料2014年整體洋灰需求成長約4%，比較去年為5至6%之間。

大石洋灰於今年7月提高產品價格9%，這並不令人感到意外，這是跟隨競爭對手拉法基馬（LAFMSIA,3794,主板工業產品組）的步伐；漲價有助部份抵消較高營運成本、以及市場產能有增無減的利空。

第3季赚2147万大石派特别股息50仙

（吉隆坡4日讯）大石机构（TASEK，4448，主板工业产品股）洋灰业务面对激烈竞争，盈利赚幅下跌，导致第三季净利按年下滑7.12%。

公司第三季净利报2147万4000令吉，低于去年同期的2312万1000令吉。

虽然盈利表现失色，但公司配合50周年庆，宣布派发每股50仙特别中期股息，除权日期为本月17日，支付日期是12月8日。

公司首9个月共派发每股90仙股息，优于去年同期的62仙。

大石机构第三季营业额按年上扬3.3%，报1亿4868万令吉；去年第三季报1亿4392万9000令吉。

相比去年6664万7000令吉，公司首9个月净利扬升16.3%，达到7749万令吉。

公司首9个月营业额，从去年的4亿2201万8000令吉，上扬14.5%，今年报4亿8309万4000令吉。【南洋网财经】

大石洋灰派特別息短期支撐股價

（吉隆坡5日訊）大石洋灰（TASEK,4448,主板工業產品組）為配合50週年紀念，而派發每股50仙單級特別中期股息的大禮，預料在短期里將為公司股價提供一些支撐，略為抵銷本地洋灰業競爭激烈及成本揚升的利空。

預拌混凝土全年料微虧

聯昌研究指出，大石洋灰截至2014年財政年首9個月年度化核心淨利，比該行全年預測高出2%，該行認為符合全年預測，因第四季的洋灰價格競爭將加劇，持續面臨成本壓力。

該行認為，該公司預拌混凝土業務全年將蒙受輕微虧損，特別是2014年首9個月的銷售量保持低迷。第三季的洋灰及預拌混凝土價格按季略為回揚，預料未來季度將不可持續。

聯昌研究認為，該公司的唯一令人驚喜消息，就是配合該公司慶祝50週年紀念，而派發較高的單級特別中期股息50仙，惟這可是一次過的利好。

該行認為，今年第四季的本地洋灰需求保持健全，主要是住宅產業領域推動，而大多數新的基建工程計劃尚未執行，即將推出的大型商業建築包括敦拉薩國際貿易中心（TRX）、以及高達118層的獨立遺產大廈仍落在初步階段，捷運地鐵第二線路（總值250億令吉）預料在2016中才推介，因在2015年杪才進行招標活動。

該行向本地洋灰業者查詢，預料2014年的整體洋灰需求成長約4%，比較2013年則介於5至6%之間。

週年慶“大禮”

大馬股市老牌洋灰公司──大石洋灰（TASEK，4448，主板工業產品組），慶祝50週年紀念，藉此名堂派發每股50仙的特別股息。

以小股東的立場來看，這是備受歡迎的好消息，值得其他上市公司仿效，最好是越老牌的公司就越好，慶祝100週年紀念就派100仙的股息，那就更有意思了。

慶祝公司週年紀念或其他名堂節日增派股息，最關鍵是公司要有多餘資金或盈利才行。一般相信，一家公司能夠數十年甚至100年而屹立不倒，總有其賺錢本事，若是不能派50週年的50仙，相信至少也能比往常多派些特別股息，以作為對股東支持的一點心意吧！

這可是公司發揮飲水思源的美德，大小股東支持多年，與公司共同走過起伏不定的艱難時刻，在有過共患難時，當然也要有福共享的時刻，這才是造福股東的好人好事，值得其他公司的追隨。

回饋小股東是王道，最好是任何時候，不管週年不週年，公司有足夠余資就應該回饋股東，特別是小股東也可從中分得一杯羹，比起富有的大股東來得更為珍貴與需要。

話說回來，週年送大禮，持有顯著股權的大股東受惠最大，如丹斯里郭令燦就通過旗下的豐隆洋灰（馬）私人有限公司，持有大石洋灰的74.28%股權，成為50週年大禮行動的最大贏家。

無論如何，總比那些對小股東沒有任何表示，甚至只顧自己利益的公司好得多。

若企業有難就找股東籌資拿錢做生意，當公司業務有潛能發大財時，有者甚至靜悄悄地收集股票後進行私有化，將美好將來的公司佔為己有，過些時候再包裝以更高代價再上市賣回給股東，這類不懷好意的大股東，在大石洋灰的週年派特別高息的行動下，更顯得相形見絀、無地自容、日後也莫怪受到市場小股東的唾棄。

事實已經證明，市場人士或投資者要不要支持，或是買進某家上市公司的股票，其中一個最主要考慮因素，就是有關公司的派息政策，換句話說，就是能夠適當回饋股東的因素。

企業做生意，要做到雙贏或甚至多贏，才有望永續經營，生意才會長久長做，眼光要放得大一點、心胸要廣闊，才能獲得投資者包括諸多小股東的支持，增加一家企業來自群眾的實力，做起生意來也可是事半功倍，因充裕的資金後盾有助渡過難關，及在順境時更是得心應手，可說是賺大了。

末季淨利2755萬大石洋灰每股派息80仙

（吉隆坡17日訊）國內洋灰需求量走高推動，大石洋灰（TASEK，4448，主要板工業）上財年截至12月底末季，營業額按年增12%至1億7297萬令吉，淨利起1%至2755萬令吉。公司宣布派發80仙股息。

大石洋灰今日發布最新業績時指出，公司營業額走高主要因當季國內洋灰市場需求強勁推動，儘管淨利走高，但國內洋灰價格競爭激烈，洋灰業務淨利賺幅受壓，以致淨利漲幅不高。另外，低利息收入也影響當季淨利表現。

該公司上財年全年營業額漲14%至6億5606萬令吉，淨利起12%至1億504萬令吉，全年派發的股息高達1.70令吉，高于2013財年的1.52令吉股息。

大石首季净利跌5%

（吉隆坡28日讯）洋灰业务贡献滑落，导致大石机构（TASEK，4448，主板工业产品股）截至3月31日首季净利跌5.4%，至2357万7000令吉。

不过，同期营业额则扬1.9%，报1亿6597万3000令吉。

根据文告，营业额走高归功于本地市场对洋灰和预拌混凝土的需求走高。

不过，由于洋灰业务的贡献减少，导致当季净利呈跌。

不仅如此，联号公司较低的收入和净利贡献，也影响了首季表现。

“政府颁出的大型项目，如捷运和轻快铁延长线，将持续主导今年建筑领域的增长。”

銷量增推高次季營收大石洋灰每股派息40仙

（吉隆坡4日訊）大石洋灰（TASEK，4448，主要板工業）截至6月底次季，營業額按年增6.5%至1億8256萬令吉，淨利揚0.3%至3118萬令吉，公司宣布每股派息40仙。

大石洋灰發布最新業績時指出，當季營業額取得成長，主要因洋灰和預拌混凝土業務高銷量所推動，儘管營業額高揚，但淨利與去年同期持平，主要因低利息收入，及聯營公司低淨利拖累。

洋灰業務在國內強勁洋灰需求與低生產成本帶動下，營運盈利高達3470萬令吉。但因國內市場洋灰價格競爭激烈，以致產品定價成長受限，影響該業務淨利。

預拌混凝土業務因銷量增加，及低生產成本帶動高淨利賺幅，營運盈利達128萬令吉。

大石机构股息成唯一吸引力

联号公司较低的收入贡献，抵消洋灰和预拌混凝土的强劲销售，拖累大石机构（TASEK，4448，主板工业产品股）截至6月杪次季，净利小跌0.26%，报3117万7000令吉。

当季营业额则按年上扬6.45%，报1亿8255万8000令吉。公司宣布派发每股40仙的单层中期股息。

行家建议
大石机构上半年年均核心净利，比我们的全年预测高4%，不过，我们仍视为符合预测，因为估计下半年的营运成本看涨，归咎于电费回扣取消及消费税的影响。

至于利息、税务、折旧与摊销前盈利（EBITDA）赚幅上涨4个百分点至25%，若根据营运统计来看，我们认为这是难以为继的，我们维持23.9%的EBITDA赚幅的预测。

由于本地洋灰需求今年料仅增3至4%（去年5至6%），不过，在政府宣布了第十一大马计划后，工程的能见度也随着提高，建材订单在明年料回升。

随着108户头的税务余额在2014财年用完后，估计今年后将无法派发优渥的股息，不过40仙的首次单层中期股息，年度化相等于5%周息率，比大部分同行都高，成为唯一吸引力。

每股派息20仙大石洋灰第3季淨利跌16%

（吉隆坡3日訊）受原料成本上漲、售價下滑拖累，大石洋灰（TASEK，4448，主要板工業）截至9月底2015財年第3季，淨利按年跌16%至1803萬令吉，另外建議派發20仙股息。

大石洋灰向馬證交所報備，將在12月9日派發每股20仙終期股息，除權日設在本月18日。比較上財年同期，該公司當時是派發50仙股息。

該公司第3季淨利下挫16%至1803萬令吉；營業額則上揚11%，錄得1億6557萬令吉。

根據報備文件，第3季淨利減少，主要因為較低的售價，以及原料成本提高所致。

至于營業額增長，是基于洋灰和預拌混凝土業務提高了銷量。

該公司首9個月淨賺7279萬令吉，淨利升6%；營業額同樣起6%至5億1410萬令吉。

展望未來，該公司指出，以目前國內公共建築工程看來，包括進展中的捷運和輕快鐵計劃，將帶動建材的需求。【中国报财经】
