    哦,我买500粒蓝藻的原价不超过RM190。当然你也可以选择买回1200粒的廉价蓝藻,但是有非常巨大的支持力分别为来自日本、美国和台湾的品牌认可。至于E品牌蓝藻,他们的认可是来自日本健康食品协会(JHFA)。除此之外,在马来西亚也有来自JAKIM的halal认可。

    那个是蓝绿藻,当然蓝绿藻分别为75%(蓝)和25%(绿)。

这个是我在同一个网站寻找蓝藻王的资料,有91%的成份是天然蓝藻王的成份。还记得我说过80%或者是以上的天然蓝藻成份可以称得上是顶级蓝藻吗?至于GMP认可,我希望那个是来自美国为最佳。

    蓝藻的确是可以加添体内细胞,在另一方面超重却是没有可能的事情。由于市面上的蓝藻太多品牌了,所以我不敢妄下评论。但是如果是E蓝藻的话,一般上的人最多只需要在一天服用10粒而已。除非是长期受诊的,在一天服用的是需要30粒。(2 x 15或者是3 X 10)

我怀孕时吃了好多爱康的蓝藻,价钱是贵但可靠多了。我的宝宝出世到现在皮肤都是白里透红。我想这和"它"有关吧。

    我只能讲蓝藻而已,不敢对绿藻妄下发表任何一件。蓝藻所带来的好处就是精神奕奕、体力充沛而且活泼起来在情绪上比较淡定,因为蓝藻主要的营养成份是维他命B群。另一方面蓝藻也是可以帮助我们添加免疫系统,使得我们没有那么容易发烧、伤风、咳嗽。E蓝藻也是有叶绿素的成份,他们的功能可以帮助我们经过体内排出毒素。

cosway有promotion时很便宜,买4送3, 2000粒才不到200块,日本yaeyama牌子,有机。
去附近的cosway店问问看 ...

蓝藻的蛋白质含量很高,营养丰富,而且很养胃,消化不好的人吃了可以明显的改善。

绿藻则是含有丰富叶绿素,排毒修复,免疫力差或烟酒多肝脏功能弱的人要多吃。
蓝藻并不一定要配合绿藻一起吃,小孩子主要以蓝藻为主,当然你能两种都给孩子吃是最好。
cosway的蓝藻拥有许多有机认证,绿藻产自日本,可以说是市面上最便宜的,加入会员时常有offer,买四罐送三罐时2100粒才不到RM200。

In this section, I've talked about chlorella and spirulina as if they were twins. But they aren't: each has a unique nutritional profile. Although I strongly recommend using them both as part of every meal (I do), you may find yourself needing one or the other based on certain circumstances. So here's the score:

Chlorella 绿藻:

    处境是可以被谅解的,那个我也不好强人所难。但是如果有任何其他人面对相似的环境,在一天里面吃八粒蓝藻(250粒)还是有得剩。(8粒 X 30天 = 240粒)

    请问一下那个有直接来自JAKIM的Halal Chop吗?因为马来人比较对JAKIM的Halal Chop比较有信心,但是来自新加坡的可以勉强接受。
