K-Star运动私配筹224万
2016年9月10日
（吉隆坡9日讯）K-Star运动（KSTAR，5172，主板消费产品股）建议通过私下配售，发出最多2664万股新股，给独立第三方投资者，预计筹资224万令吉。
根据文告，假设配售价为每股8.4仙，该公司料能从中筹得224万令吉。
其中的213万8000令吉，将成为营运资本。
K-Star运动表示，筹资所得主要用来支付新加坡和大马业务的行政开销。【e南洋】
