Further to the announcement made on 8 September 2022 in relation to the Proposed Disposal, the Board of Directors of FITTERS wishes to announce the following additional information in relation to the Proposed Disposal: METHOD OF VALUATION The Valuer has adopted two (2) approaches, i.e., the Comparison Approach and Income Approach by way of “Residual Method” to determine the market value of the Property. ASSUMPTION OF LIABILITIES There are no contingent liabilities and guarantees to be assumed by FITTERS and/or its subsidiaries pursuant to the Proposed Disposal. BREAKDOWN AND TIMEFRAME FOR UTILISATION OF PROCEEDS The Disposal Consideration will be utilised in the following manner: Proposed Utilisation RM’000 Estimated timeframe for utilisation upon receipt of proceeds Payment of staff related expenses and other operational expenses for working capital of property and construction division (1) 30,000 Within 12 months Repayment of bank borrowing 5,500 Within 12 months Miscellaneous expenses 500 Within 12 months Note:(1) Other operational expenses include premises cost, administrative expenses and project related expenses.This announcement is dated 12 September 2022.

The Board of Directors of FITTERS wishes to announce that FITTERS Property Development Sdn. Bhd., its wholly-owned subsidiary, had performed the following transactions within the past twelve (12) months:-(a) during the period from 7 March 2023 to 8 March 2023, acquired in aggregate 4.54% or 12,140,000 ordinary shares of CFM for an aggregate sum of RM26,443,532.28 in cash via open markets; and(b) during the period from 7 March 2023 to 8 March 2023, acquired in aggregate 4.78% or 6,180,000 Warrants A of CFM for an aggregate sum of RM8,334,931.47 in cash via open markets. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of FITTERS had on 19 April 2024 accepted a letter of acceptance for subcontract works (“LOA”) from IJM Construction Sdn. Bhd. for the fire protection services on the proposed phase 1A consists of a 4-storey logistic hub, 4-storey multilevel parking with 1-storey office, and ancillary buildings at PT846 (formerly Lot 10980, PT757 & PT758, Persiaran Selangor, Seksyen 16, 40000 Shah Alam, Selangor Darul Ehsan for Messrs.
