帕乐兴看好klia2 合约 冀食品业务贡献增10%          2012-12-01 11:58       


                                                                                         
(吉隆坡30日讯)帕乐兴(Brahims,9474,主板贸服股)放眼新廉航终站(KLIA2)开张后,旗下食品业务营业额可额外增加10%。
帕乐兴执行主席拿督依布拉欣表示,食品业务目前贡献大约3至4%的营业额,获颁新合约就可推高营业额。
基于新廉航终站首年营运预测有2000万人次到访,他预期上述合约必能带动帕乐兴净利增长。

“新廉航终站贡献将超过目前营运。过去数年,我们写下约3500万令吉营业额。随着新终站开张,我们应该能双倍增加营收。因此,贡献将介于7000万令吉至8000万令吉。”
帕乐兴冀望,新廉航终站业务2014年贡献盈利。

另外,帕乐兴今天与标准渣打(Standard Chartered)签署协议,以全面融资帕乐兴增持子公司Brahim's-LSG Sky Chefs控股私人有限公司(BLSG)股权计划。

帕乐兴将以1亿3000万令吉收购BLSG其余49%,冀望强化飞航清真餐饮服务、食品服务和研发能力。
鉴于马航(MAS,3786,主板贸服股)要重新洽商航空配餐业务协议,帕乐兴一度搁置增购股权。

无论如何,他强调,新廉航终站并非只有亚航一家航空公司,其他廉价航空如Malindo也会迁入该地,以及其他国家的廉价航空公司。
他是在国会上议院回答阿都拉曼上议员的附加提问时,这么说。
阿都拉欣强调,新廉航终站是为了应付2020年预计会出现的4500万乘客人次。

(吉隆坡27日訊)第二吉隆坡國際機場(KLIA2)在明年5月開跑,料帶動大馬機場(AIRPORT,5014,主板貿服組)自2014財政年轉為“現金牛",每年估計創造至少4億2千萬令吉,2014財政年營業額和營運盈利也料自2012財政年飆升高達38和46%。
僑豐研究看好第二吉隆坡國際機場是大馬機場的“改變舵手",主要是屆時大馬機場將無重大資本開銷,並自2014財政年成為現金牛。
根據僑豐,第二吉隆坡國際機場能夠應付高達4千500萬名乘客,估計首年營運就能達到50%的產能。由於第二吉隆坡國際機場的零售空間是目前吉隆坡廉價航空終站(LCCT)的4倍,租金料走高,該公司營業額估計自2012年的21億5千100萬令吉,走高38%。
競標Stansted
估值改變不顯著
該公司管理層雖預見,營運成本上揚32%,但僑豐相信,營運盈利仍可期,料自2012年的8億4千萬令吉,激漲46%到12億3千萬令吉。
然而,僑豐負面看待大馬機場對Stansted機場的競標計劃,因該機場已趨成熟,瑞安航空(Ryanair)是該機場的最大客戶,乘客流佔近三分之二,導致飛行收費上調的潛力有限。
儘管如此,由於這項競標計劃可能藉聯營進行,即使大馬機場攫獲該機場,僑豐相信,該收購不會顯著改變大馬機場的估值。
由於航空業蓬勃下的現金創造力,大馬機場是僑豐在交通領域的首選股,僑豐對大馬機場保持“買進"評級,目標價為8令吉。(星洲日報/財經)

大馬機場控股公司(MAHB)商務高級總經理費沙凱魯丁指出,
第2吉隆坡國際機場(KLIA2)廉航終站,
預料將會在今年5月1日正式啟用,唯開幕日則展延至6月28日

 “展延開幕日原因,是要配合紀念吉隆坡國際機場15年前的開幕啟用日。”
 他向《馬新社》說,這段期間,機場業者將會全面在機場作出測試、操作訓練等。

 費沙凱魯丁說,第2吉隆坡國際機場的工程非常順利,而大馬機場控股已準備在5月1日前竣工。
 他透露,目前已有80%空間,已獲知名品牌的商家租用。

 “我們決定讓機場的80%空間作為商業用途,同時也設置指示牌,以便第2吉隆坡國際機場享有與其他國際機場同等地位。”

第一次,要早一点去摸摸,不知会不会乱,延迟性又会提高。

THE new low-cost carrier airport, KLIA2, will be ready by May 1, although its opening date has been deferred to June 28.
Airport operator Malaysia Airports Holdings Bhd (MAHB) is expected to honour its initial deadline as the later date was only set to commemorate the inauguration of the Kuala Lumpur International Airport 15 years ago.
MAHB senior general manager (commercial services) Faizah Khairuddin said the period would be utilised to perform testing, mock operation drills and commissioning activities.
"The development of KLIA2 is on track.
"MAHB will conclude construction and internal works by May 1."
From a commercial perspective, Faizah said KLIA2 would start operating with more than 80 per cent of its commercial floor space taken up by reputable domestic and international brands.
She said MAHB had set a clear brand positioning for the new airport and would launch it with more than 80 per cent commercial occupancy, placing it on a par with other international airports in the world.
KLIA2 was built on a cost of RM4 billion. It covers 257,000 sq m and has a retail space of 32,000 sq m.
It can cater to 45 million passengers annually. Bernama

据我所知, 像 changi airport 这样繁忙的机场也只用一座控制塔就足夠了!

KUALA LUMPUR, March 11 — Pakatan Rakyat (PR) lawmakers today questioned the stage of completion of the KLIA2, the new low-cost carrier terminal which Malaysia Airports Holdings Bhd (MAHB) said would be ready by May 1 and be open on June 28.

“We are assuming the announcement (of) June 28 is to buy time,” the DAP’s Tony Pua said, referring to the statement by MAHB senior general manager Faizah Khairuddin last week, where she had specified the “terminal building” as having surpassed the 80 per cent completion rate.

“They are being a bit disingenuous,” Petaling Jaya Utara MP Pua said, questioning the state of completion of the control tower and systems, the apron and the runway.

Showing reporters aerial and ground photographs of the runway and apron of the KLIA2 construction site that were taken within the past two weeks, Pua said: “It’s all still red earth. Red earth that has not settled properly yet.”

Lembah Pantai MP Nurul Izzah Anwar, who was also at the press conference, said they are ready to visit and inspect the KLIA2 construction site.

“We would also like to request the minister of transport, including MAHB officers, to arrange a site visit to allay our fear, allay our concerns and convince us that everything is on track,” the PKR vice-president said, pointing out that public funds were used in the construction.

“If they have nothing to hide, why not organise a site visit?” she asked

 潘儉偉說,該終站可能完成80%,但仍有很多工程要進行,該工程仍需6個月才能完成。

SEPANG (March 29, 2013): Malaysia Airports Holdings Bhd (MAHB) said work on the low-cost carrier terminal in Sepang (KLIA2) is on target to reach its June 28 opening, dismissing concerns about a delay in the terminal's completion.
Its chairman Tan Sri Dr Wan Abdul Aziz Wan Abdullah said 82% of work has been completed including the air traffic control tower.

"We're still keeping the original target completion date and we're monitoring closely the progress on the construction of the terminal," he told a news conference after the airport operator's AGM here yesterday.
The passenger terminal will have a gross floor area of 257,000 cu m, a 71% increase from the existing 150,000 cu m, and will be able to accommodate up to 45 million passengers per year when it opens in June.

MAHB expects to achieve passenger growth of 7.1% this year, assuming gross domestic product growth remains between 5% and 6% as well as global economic environment and jet fuel prices remain stable.
"The entry of new airlines such as Malindo Air, Air France and Turkish Airlines as well as Malaysia Airlines' entry in the oneworld alliance bode well for Malaysian aviation," said Wan Abdul Aziz.

He also said MAHB remains in talks with British Airways and Australia's Qantas to resume operations to Kuala Lumpur, but nothing is firm yet. Both British Airways and Qantas ceased flights to KL International Airport (KLIA) in 2001 and 2000 respectively due to commercial reasons.
Currently, 56 airlines fly into the KLIA.

Meanwhile, MAHB CFO Faizal Mansor expects its retail revenue comprising duty free and food and beverage operations, will surge 60% to RM800 million this year from RM500 million last year.
"The retail business currently contributes almost 25% or about RM500 million in revenue. If you take up construction revenue it's about RM1.5 billion. Our total revenue is about RM2.1 billion now.

"We are very ambitious this year, especially with the opening of KLIA2," he said.
On revenue from its foreign airport operations, Faizal said its contribution is marginal totalling less than RM10 million.
"It's actually very minimal at the moment because we don't hold the controlling stake. We only hold investment stakes but we're definitely moving towards having a larger contribution coming from overseas investments," he said.
He said MAHB is on the lookout for new foreign airport investments despite having lost out on its recent bid for Stansted Airport in London, jointly made with YTL Corp Bhd. Manchester Airport Group's winning bid of £1.5 billion (RM7.03 billion) was 50% above the reported offer by MAHB-YTL Corp.

"Whenever there are some other good opportunities that crop up, we will make the necessary evaluation on whether we should proceed to bid or not.
"There's ongoing evaluation on various opportunities for airport investments out there," said Faizal.
For the financial year ended Dec 31, 2012 (FY12), the group's revenue grew 28.8% to RM3.55 billion from RM2.75 billion a year ago. It outperformed its FY12 earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (ebitda) target of RM909.9 million with RM929.7 million.

Faizal said it aims to hit the RM1 billion mark in ebitda by end of next year.
Earlier during the AGM, MAHB shareholders approved a final dividend of 7.63%.

(雪蘭莪‧巴生11日訊)交通部秘書長拿督斯里龍仕湖表示,吉隆坡第二國際機場(KLIA2)工程已進入最後階段,進展令人滿意。
他說,機場預計可以在今年5月啟用;一旦正式啟用,該機場客流量每年預料將達4千萬至7千萬名人次。

他今日為位於巴生西港擴充的第三期蜆殼碼頭主持開幕禮時,發表談話。
他也說:“隨著中央政府推行地鐵計劃,將有助減低巴生河流域的交通阻塞問題,改善整個公共交通系統。"
而且,他指出,往來吉隆坡和新加坡的高鐵計劃,也將有望拉低兩國產業價差,還能刺激與帶動旅遊業,對國家經濟猶如一支強心劑。
龍仕湖說,巴生港口在2011年於全世界排名第13,去年有望攀升至第12,惟一切須等待今年5月出爐的報告才能證實。
羅伊恩:本地燃料需求不斷提高
鞏固馬蜆殼領導地位
另一方面,大馬蜆殼主席羅伊恩指出,大馬是蜆殼公司的其中一個心臟地帶,尤其大馬處於策略性地點,加上本地對於燃料的需求不斷提高,將有助進一步鞏固該公司在馬來西亞的領導地位。
“我們除了在生意上與政府保持良好的關係,也不忘履行社會企業責任,並與當局在2年前開始推行道路安全運動,主要是協助我國降低交通意外死亡人數。"
他說,該公司也經常確保所有的油槽車司機處於良好的工作態度,避免釀成交通意外。
隨著這項擴充計劃落成,蜆殼在西港碼頭另增加了3個油槽以及長達1.4公里的油管,以滿足巴生河流域對於燃料的需求。
