（吉隆坡28日讯）槟城产业大亨丹斯里黄继樑用158万令吉购入达业集团（TATGIAP，5178，主板工业产品股）7.62%股权，崛起成为公司的大股东。

黄继樑是在周二（26日）时，以每股12仙的价格，向达业集团主席兼创办人拿督谢国培旗下公司Giapxin，收购达业集团的1300万股。

经过上述交易后，谢国培如今仅持有达业集团13.19%股权。而达业集团的最大股东，将会变成是持股权达13.89%的Arich控股。

而黄继樑目前则持有达业集团的2140万股或12.54%股权，是公司的第三大股东。

周二闭市时，达业集团报14仙，因此黄继樑的收购价相等于的2仙或14.29%的折价。

黄继樑是宏升产业集团的执行主席，同时也是上市公司宏升联合吉星（IDEALUBB，9687，主板工业产品股）的执行主席。【e南洋】

（吉隆坡28日讯）达业集团（TATGIAP5178,主板工业产品组）以1080万令吉脱售旗下槟城威省北部的产业资产。

该公司发文告指出，该公司通过旗下达业五金有限公司，把上述产业资产脱售给Fenley集团贸易有限公司。有关产业资产包括一块地皮及设有一座单层货仓，以及另一块地皮及设有3座两层半相连店屋及一座单层货仓。

该公司预料上述脱售活动将在今年5月杪完成，所得资金将主要充当偿还银行贷款、及公司的营运资本等用途。
