新鸿发盈利前景正面

（吉隆坡25日讯）新鸿发集团（NHFATT，7060，主板消费股）表示，出口市场成长將带动该公司2013年盈利前景，同时，该公司將投入逾4500万令吉资本开销，以扩充產品与產能。       

新鸿发集团董事经理陈日新表示，按2013年第一季营业额稍微提升0.6%，由5400万令吉增至5430万令吉来看，相信公司的盈利將朝向正面的发展。

同时，该公司今年首季盈利成长64.9%，至675万令吉，去年同期为409万令吉。

陈日新表示，新鸿发集团將扩充產品与產能，因此將会扩大其资本支出，高於4500万令吉。同时，新鸿发集团將继续专注在汽车零件替代业务。

他出席该公司的股东常年大会后向媒体指出，新鸿发集团的汽车零件替代產量，其中60%提供给国內市场，另外40%出口至50个国家。

针对令吉在近期走软对公司的影响时，陈日新表示，虽然令吉走软对该公司的出口有利，不过此项利好因素被较高的成本抵销了。

新鸿发集团在2012財政年的股息派发率为30%，股东大会通过了2012財政年的终期股息每股8仙及特別股息每股1仙，而全年的每股股息为13仙。

陈日新看好东盟市场发展，因东盟国家人口逐步增加，对於汽车的需求也会逐渐提升。另外，东盟各个国家的经济也在成长阶段，无疑是一个具有潜力的市场。

由去年在雅加达设立的仓库后，陈日新宣称，新鸿发集团暂无计划在外国设新工厂，但是还会考虑在其他国家设厂。[东方日报财经]

新鴻發和國能簽再生能源收購協議

（吉隆坡30日訊）新鴻發集團（NHFATT，7060，主板消費品組）與國家能源（TENAGA，5347，主板貿服組）簽署再生能源收購協議，以透過“電力收購制”（FiT）回售再生能源長達21年，以支持減少溫室氣體與環保。

該公司發文告說，新鴻發是以每千瓦1.1812令吉的價格，今年9月起回售178千瓦電力給國家能源長達21年；儘管在營業額作出貢獻，不過預料對2013年12月31日截止財政年之淨資產與盈利貢獻不顯著。

新鴻發集團是在2011年再生能源法令下，獲大馬永續能源發展機構（SEDA）批准透過電力收購制供應178千瓦電力。（星洲日報／財經）

新鴻發淨利跌28%派息3仙

（吉隆坡25日訊）新鴻發（NHFATT，7060，主要板消費）在較低出口銷售和高製造成本下，2013財年第3季淨利按年跌28%，達551萬令吉；營業額亦跌4.3%至5159萬令吉。

該集團宣布派發每股3仙中期股息，在12月6日除權，並于27日支付。

新鴻發首9個月淨利從2117萬令吉，跌4.6%至2020萬令吉；營業額則微跌1%至1億6084萬令吉，每股盈利下滑至26.87仙。

续扩大印尼经营 新鸿发料增速成长

（吉隆坡28日讯）随着全面加速其印尼汽车经营扩充活动，汽车零售制造商新鸿发控股有限公司（NHFATT，7060，消费产品组）有望于2014年度创下双位数的收益成长。

董事经理陈日新表示：“除非出现任何不能预知之情况，及未来拥有充足产能，我们放眼今年创下双位数成长。”

它在截至2012年12月31日止财政年录得2280万令吉净盈利，以及2亿1750万令吉收益。

该集团目标是于2016年之前，单从印尼市场即创下1000万令吉的销售，因它有意在当地出售畅销车款如丰田和五十铃的替换零件。

它计划增加印尼市场的贡献至集团收益30%，比较目前只有5%左右。

陈日新指出：“印尼拥有庞大成长潜质。我们预测印尼汽车市场进一步扩大。”

“从数字上看，马来西亚市场已经饱和。”

根据大马汽车机构的数据，马来西亚去年的总汽车销量上升3.9%至62万7753辆，而在印尼这个数字则创下13.9%的更迅速成长率，达到123万辆。在马来西亚每1000人的汽车化水平为361，而印尼和泰国则分别只有21和157。

尽管自2010年起录得相当平坦的表现，但陈日新仍然对大马市场乐观。

提昇生產線開發產品‧新鴻發搶攻東盟市場

（吉隆坡24日訊）新鴻發集團（NHFATT,7060,主板消費品組）大馬汽車零件製造商持續鞏固實力，並放眼東南亞6億人口的市場新鴻發集團董事經理陳日新在股東大會後發佈會表示，該集團全面提昇生產線及新技術，開發新產品，搶攻東南亞市場。

陳日新表示，該集團要更大的市場繼續成長，以東盟自由貿易協定（AFTA）作為平台，將在未來10至15年在這個區域發展。焦點放在人口多｀年輕化城市及汽車購買力強的國家。

泰國及印尼是該集團搶先的市場。

該集團在本地的主要顧客來自1千家分銷商及零售，而海外的業務來自經銷及零售，分布50個國家。

詢及2014年的業績表現下滑，主要受到泰國的內亂及印尼新政策的影響，整體而言，該集團的業績會隨著該國的局勢明朗化而好轉。

目前，該集團業務60%來自大馬，25%來自東盟以及15%來自其他海外市場。

提起消費稅（GST），陳日新說，該集團有強勁的財務基礎，消費稅不會影響公司的表現。“消費稅逐漸明朗化，對於製造商視為發展的機會大於挑戰。”
新鴻發集團沒有多元化以及在中國和印尼海外市場設廠，專注核心業務。
