老板出了一辆新车我知道那是hire purchases，但是不懂怎么进，懂得的人可以帮忙吗？

进入一家工厂工作，但是账目实在好乱，全部资料不齐。。。

如果不是local cheque扣RM0.50而已对吗？

Debit Motor Vehicle at cost
Debit H/P Deferred Interest (利息）
Credit Bank （頭期）
Credit Hire Purchase Creditor （Balance + Interest)

还instalment 時
Debit Hire Purchase Creditor
Credit Bank

年尾做journal adjustment
Debit P/L-Hire Purchase Interest for the year
Credit Hire Purchase Deferred Interest

monthly interest (straight line): RM300 (RM18,000 / 60 instalment)

a) Down payment
Dr Prepayment RM30,000.00
Cr Bank RM30,000.00

b) When MV delivered,
Dr Cost of motor vehicle RM120,000.00
Cr Prepayment RM30,000.00
Dr Hire purchase in suspense RM18,000.00
Cr Hire purchase payable RM108,000.00

c) when made payment
Dr Hire purchase payable RM1,800.00
Cr Bank RM1,800.00

d) to realise HP interest
Dr Hire purchase interest (P&L) RM300.00
Cr Hire purchase interest in suspense RM300.00
* this can be done for every month end or only provide as at year end.

PS: interest should be calculated using sum of digit instead of straight line (can google for sum-of-digit method)

long term 是 4xxx/xxx 放在 current liabilities 下面

你看 hire purchase agreement , interest 来的，
example 的[size=15.8333px]是 RM90,000 x 4% per year x 5 year = RM18,000.00,
[size=15.8333px][size=15.8333px]hire purchase agreement 里有[size=15.8333px]算好 liao 的。

cash price   : RM 40124.80

cash           :RM   8498.00

Vehicle

Registration Fee:RM 150.00

Insurance   :RM  1223.20





Total   :RM 33000.00



Terms Charges  3.65% :RM 6022.50

Total Rent  : RM 39022.50



Deposit    :RM  8498.00



Total amout payble :RM    47520.50





Rent instalments payble during the hiring of good hereunder which are deemed to commence on the date appearing on the memorandum of acceptance below  59  rent intalments of Rm 651.00each and a final rent intalment of 613.50 , payable monthly commencing on 17 th day of may 2009 and thereafter on or before 17th day of each succeeding month.

另个问题 公司的旧车 已经没有 net book value

公司卖出去大概RM  12000  是不是赚到，那么我出了把钱进在bank
