看楼主咯，不过本人是在用着ASUS A42J啦~哈哈哈~

老实说，我是特别喜欢它的键盘而已（他和一般laptop的不一样，个人认为比较好按）。
而且ASUS直接就有两年国际的warranty了，去到那里都可以修~
而DELL的只有一年，要外加的话很像是加保一年是售价的10%，所以楼主建议的那架外加一年warranty就是要加RM300++咯~
还有我查过一些资料啦，的确整体上来说，ASUS的素质是比较好的，很少有坏机。

至于其它的配置我都认为差不多，DELL取胜的地方真的就是他的售后服务，我很多朋友用DELL的，所以我懂~直接来你家帮你修，是节省了很多麻烦~呵呵~
还有，Dell Inspiron laptop本身的音响比ASUS的好，如果楼主不打算另外买speaker的话，这点也需要考虑哦~

个人用着asus a42jk i3 350m~ 还算不错~
主要是他的 isolated keyboard 很少低价电脑有~ 还有power gear 4 自由简便setting 省电模拟（关 odd, wireless,webcam, etc...）还有face recognition logon~

ati 5145 /5470 效果差不多同等~ 只是dx10.1 /dx11
