佳杰科技 任美子鱼网络分销商

（吉隆坡26日讯）美国保安和储存解决方案供应商———梭子鱼网络有限公司（Barracuda Networks）宣布，委任佳杰科技（ECS，5162，主板科技股）为大马特许分销商。

根据文告，佳杰科技独资子公司ECS Pericomp私人有限公司今日获得上述委托，为梭子鱼网络在大马分销所有的保安和储存解决方案产品如WAF、Load Balancer、Message Archiver、web filters、Spam和Virus Firewall。

梭子鱼网络东南亚董事林本尼（译音）指出，大马有约55%的公司面对网络安全漏洞问题，而每4家公司中的会有1家公司，要用超过1周的时间才发现这些漏洞。

佳杰科技董事经理胡善正也期望通过与梭子鱼网络的合作，可为大马客户增加网络保安产品的选择，并可进一步巩固该公司身为大马最突出信息通信技术分销公司的地位。”[南洋网财经]

现金流强‧需求上涨 佳杰科技前景受看好

（吉隆坡5日讯）佳杰科技（ECS，5162，主板科技股）现金流强稳和具有派息能力，并有望从2014年财政预算案中获益，前景备受分析员看好。

虽然今年首6个月的资讯工艺分销销售毫无生气，企业系统预估也表现平平，但新预算案的高速宽频2计划（HSBB2），预计给佳杰科技捎来好消息。

Inter-Pacific投资研究分析员向佳杰科技管理层了解到，高速宽频2计划将刺激伺服器和网络设备的需求，同时带动佳杰科技的销售。

佳杰科技也点出，政府推动网速和覆盖率，资讯科技相关产品与智慧型电话的需求将水涨船高。

政府在2009年落实、鼓励企业投资于先进科技器材的加速资本津贴（ACA）措施，将延长至2016年。

配合消费税（GST）2015年推行，企业将尽早提升系统，避免增加额外成本。此外，消费者明年预估也会增加资讯工艺的相关开销。

有鉴于此，分析员维持佳杰科技2013财年盈利预测，但上调2014财年营业额1%及每股盈利0.3仙。

有能力派特别股息

他重申，佳杰科技拥有稳定现金7660万令吉，足以派发特别股息回馈股东。不过，管理层没有承诺要支付特别股息。

他预估，公司将分别在2013至2015财年，派发5.7仙、6仙及6.5仙股息。

随着分析员调整财年，他调升佳杰科技的投资评级至“买入”，目标价上修至1.49令吉。[南洋网财经]

賺幅滑業績遜預期 佳傑科技全日陷跌

（吉隆坡8日訊）佳傑科技（ECS，5162，主要板科技）受強勢美元影響，更高的資訊通訊科技產品分銷量不足以抵消賺幅下滑，第3季業績遜預期，拖累股價走跌。

受業績影響，佳傑科技全日陷跌，開市跌1仙至1.35令吉，盤中曾低探至1.27令吉，下跌9仙。

休市時，該股報1.28令吉，跌8仙，成交量35萬4600股；至閉市同樣收在1.28令吉，下滑8仙，全日有58萬8900股易手。

佳傑科技第3季銷量按年增5%至3億4420萬令吉，但稅前盈利按年跌16.5%至720萬令吉，表現遜預期。

英特太平洋證券研究指出，令吉兌美元貶值，及產品組合趨向較低賺幅產品，是打擊業績主因。

該行指出，佳傑科技宣佈每股3仙的中期股息，現金仍處于7520萬令吉的有利水平，相等于每股41.8仙。

受资讯供应产品分销业务和企业系统业务激励，佳杰科技2013财年首9个月营收年增2.4%至9亿6500万令吉，但却难敌外汇兑换率不佳的打击，盈利赚幅放软至5.9%。

净利表现亦同时受拖累，从去年同期的2020万令吉，跌至1720万令吉，意味着仅占我们全年预估的56.9%，促使我们将预估下修8.2%至2770万令吉。

虽则首三季业绩不如预期，但末季展望依旧明朗，在季节因素和过往记录显示下，第四季通常将为全年盈利贡献约29至36%的比例。

值得注意的是，佳杰科技预计智慧型手机业务将持续走高，并在末季录得1500万令吉的营收，激励该业务全年营收攀抵4000万令吉。



赚幅料高达7%

管理层相信，旗下产品如三星、联想（Lenovo）、华为（Hwawei）和华硕（ASUS）Padfone变形手机的需求将日益高涨，5至7%的预期赚幅，也将较传统资讯工艺产品的4至5%来得高。

除了将智慧型手机市场展望纳入考量，我们相信2014年财政预算案也将激励佳杰科技前景，因企业投资于先进科技器材的加速资本津贴（ACA）措施，将延长至2016年。

这意味着将有更多公司愿意投资于新资讯科技产品上，以进一步加强效率和生产力。

同时，管理层亦预期，消费税实施前也将带动资讯科技设备的需求，让该公司能从中获利。

根据2014财年6.7倍的本益比目标，我们维持佳杰科技1.22令吉的目标预估，但此本益比水平较富时小型股指数的11.4倍低约59%，主要是该公司市值较小，亦存有股票流通量的担忧。

（吉隆坡13日讯）佳杰科技（ECS，5162，主板科技股）截至去年12月31日末季，净利微涨1.22%至973万令吉，同时宣布派发每股2.5仙终期股息。

受惠于个人电脑与流动设备销量剧增，佳杰科技创下单季最高营收记录，年增8.32%至3亿6127万6000令吉。

同时，净利从上财年的961万1000令吉，涨1.22%至972万8000令吉，相等于每股盈利5.4仙。

全年方面，营收扬3.9%至13亿2626万6000令吉，%。净利则按年跌10%，至2688万8000令吉。

该公司董事经理胡善正在文告中表示：“智能手机和平板电脑渗透率将在今年继续提高，去年末季的销量涨势将会延伸至2014财年。”

他认为，吸引消费者瞩目的其中一个关键因素就是以不同价位，提供多种类型的产品，以满足不同层次的消费群。

佳杰科技获ASUS Zenfone代理权

（吉隆坡11日讯）信息和通信技术分销商———佳杰科技（ECS，5162，主板科技股）宣布，成功获得华硕电脑（ASUS）Zenfone手机的分销权。

根据文告，佳杰科技独资子公司———ECS Astar私人有限公司，和华硕电脑签署了分销合约，并从今日开始生效。

资料显示，该公司在2012年杪进军智能手机市场后，在一年内录得卓越的销量成绩，因而决定增加分销产品，进一步拓展该业务。

佳杰科技董事经理胡善正通过文告指：“我们时刻观察市场喜好趋势，并为市场提供高品质的产品。”

智能手机销售看涨

他指出，在智能手机价位开始走向可负担水平后，无疑推高了需求。

“凭着我们完善的销售管道，加上华硕电脑稳健的品牌，我们有信心2014年智能电话业务营业额将再创高峰。”

虽然大马智能手机市场渗透率在去年已超过60%，但国际数据公司（IDC）认为仍有增长空间，料今年销售额增长率可达21.3%，受惠于可负担价位智能电话需求提高。

佳傑科技首季淨利跌25%

（吉隆坡7日訊）佳傑科技（ECS，5162，主要板科技）截至3月底2014財年首季淨賺478萬令吉，淨利按年下跌25%。

佳傑科技發文告指出，淨利下滑主要因為企業銷售（Enterprise Systems）更低的盈利貢獻，及更高的營運成本。

不過，隨著強穩的個人電腦、平板電腦，及智能手機銷售，抵銷企業銷售放緩，首季營業額按年增長11.7%，達3億5770萬令吉。

文告有指，個人電腦、平板電腦，及智能手機更強勁的銷售，將首季資訊通訊科技分銷業務營業額按年提高21%，至2億5160萬令吉。

這協助抵銷企業的同期銷售表現，即從1億860萬令吉，下滑12%至9550萬令吉。

ICT业务支撑　佳杰次季净利增36%

（吉隆坡6日讯）受到强劲的信息和通信技术（ICT）分销业务支撑，佳杰科技（ECS，5162，主板科技股）2014財政年次季（截至6月30日止）净利按年成长36.7%，至750万令吉，去年同期为550万令吉。

另外，该公司次季营业额也按年上升29.8%，至3亿8990万令吉，去年同期为3亿零50万令吉，这归功于ICT分销业务贡献按年增加38.2%，从去年同期的1亿8960万令吉增至2亿6200万令吉。

同时，其企业系统业务也从去年同期的1亿零810万令吉，按年提升8.7%，至1亿1750万令吉；而ICT服务业务销售则从去年同期的280万令吉，翻倍成长至1050万令吉。

佳杰科技董事经理胡善正指出，市场消费意愿提高，ICT分销业务中的ICT產品如个人电脑（PC）和移动產品如平板电脑和智能手机都获得不俗的表现。

另外，企业系统业务已露出復甦跡象，主要是受到稳定的项目，刺激次季的企业系统业务销售。

佳杰放眼并购 拓展ICT服务

（吉隆坡7日讯）佳杰科技（ECS，5162，主板科技股）放眼通过并购活动，拓展ICT服务领域。

《太阳报》引述该公司董事经理胡善正报道，正与数个大马公司洽谈，以展开收购计划，但目前仍未有任何结论。

“该新业务有可能是服务领域，而且不能通过设立本身团队就能推动增长的领域，因此正寻觅适合的公司。”

消费税利业务

根据报道，有关服务领域包括外包服务、管理服务（Managed Services）、数据中心和项目管理。

佳杰科技分销广泛的ICT产品，共有超过400名的经销商、系统集成商和企业代理。

此外，分析员表示，佳杰科技将是消费税落实后的受益公司。

胡善正表示，公司近期正在寻找与政府合作的机会如关税局，进行有关征收消费税的相关系统。

“我们与许多提供相关系统和方案于政府机构的伙伴合作，倘若他们需要购买伺服器、网络和存储器，这些都是我们的商机。”

不过，高端产品如伺服器、储存和软件产品的销量开始放缓，所以企业系统业务表现差强人意。

放眼未来，虽然消费税执行在即，我们认为，国内资讯通讯科技（ICT）销售仍有增长空间，因为企业将陆续提升税务系统。

销量或消费税后停滞

值得注意的是，佳杰科技已在半年前，开始受惠于消费税软件系统所带来的额外生意，加上政府宣布，将给予企业系统提升辅助和奖掖，相信短期内市场需求将有增无减，而公司料会是业界内，主要受惠公司之一。

佳杰科技未来半年业绩表现看俏，但投资者必须考量消费税执行后，销量增长或停滞不前。

这是因为大部分企业已完成提升工作，届时需求会大大减少。

无论如何，我们预料销量会在第3季时恢复，因为科技公司预定在该季推出新产品，管理层也因而预测，资讯通讯科技产品需求将回弹。

总括而言，我们欣赏佳杰科技极力渗透高赚幅业务（智能手机），同时，也是消费税执行的主要受惠者之一，预料2015财年本益比可达10倍，并由此推算1.64令吉的目标价。

扩大智能手机分销品牌

据我们所知，佳杰科技正与数家智能电话品牌谈合作，有望可扩大旗下分销产品的种类和品牌，料可在今年杪落实合作。

目前，公司所分销的品牌，包括了联想（Lenovo）、Asus和BenQ；当中，公司是BenQ大马的独家经销商。

BenQ在本季开始推出自家品牌智能手机，主打可负担的4G LTE电话，反应不俗。

与其同时，佳杰科技计划通过与其他综合系统商合作，扩大产品种类至更广泛客户群，借此推高企业系统业务的销售额。

佳杰科技人事变动

（吉隆坡30日讯）佳杰科技（ECS，5162，主板科技股）宣布一连串的人事变动，包括拿督张昌炯辞去公司主席一职。

今日，佳杰科技发文告指，张昌炯辞去主席一职后，将担任非执行董事。

张昌炯是张氏家族第三代企业家，活跃参与国内企业超过30年，他也是百乐园（PARAMON，1724，主板产业股）执行副主席。

同时，董事经理胡善正将卸任，并转为担任公司主席。

今年66岁的胡善正，也是公司的联合创办人。

此外，宋昭雄将担任执行董事兼总执行长。

在这之前，他在2001年开始担任公司执行董事，并在今年1月1日担任公司的副总执行长。

根据文告，上述人事变动将会从明年1月1日开始生效。【南洋网财经】
