出口走高提振业绩 信利资源首季净利扬14%

（吉隆坡5日讯）塑料包装制造商信利资源（SLP，7248，主板工业产品股）截至3月31日首季净利按年扬14.23%，至508万9000令吉，上财年同期为445万5000令吉。

营业额则从上财年同期的4142万8000令吉，增至4467万5000令吉，按年涨幅达7.84%。

由于出口销量走高，抵消国内市场销量下挫，进而提振首季业绩表现。

信利资源指出，公司采取积极主动的措施，以应对充满挑战的营运环境，同时将拓展产能，迎合消费包装产品需求。

公司计划在吉打居林现有的厂房毗邻，兴建新厂和添购新机械，投资额约1200万令吉。

随着信利资源扩充产能，一旦新厂房在第三季完工，加上去年末季的新增额外产能，估计能在今年录得高销量。【南洋网财经】

信利资源首季核心净利符合预期，并达到现财年预测的23.4%，因此，我们维持财测。

展望未来，估计公司将在今明财年，拨出900万至1500万令吉资本开销，以在今年扩展下游业务的新厂房，并在明年扩展产能。

（吉隆坡4日讯）信利资源（SLP Resources Bhd）第三季净利跌33.9%至620万令吉，上财年同期为939万令吉。

截至9月杪的第三季营业额也从4260万令吉，跌4%至4090万令吉，这是由于聚合物产品的本地销售下滑，因内需放缓，以及国内客户更严谨的信贷控制。

信利资源宣布，派发每股1.5仙的第二个单层中期股息，并将于明年1月6日支付。

首9个月净利跌14.3%至1730万令吉，同期是2030万令吉；营业额则从1亿2660万令吉，增0.9%至1亿2780万令吉。

尽管首9个月的集团收入稳定，税前盈利较同期的2630万令吉，跌580万令吉或22.2%，报2050万令吉。

这主要因为出现30万令吉的净外汇损失，去年同期则取得630万令吉净外汇收益。

展望未来，该集团预计，经济环境依然充满挑战，尤其是今年7月1日起调涨的最低薪金。

随着新产品开发和产能扩充，该集团预期，年内的销量将更高，并交出满意的财务表现。

另外，信利资源也向交易所报备，建议私下配售高达1680万股新股，相等于股票总数的6.79%。

假设配售价定在每股2.40令吉，公司预计可筹得大约4032万令吉，将用于收购两条高性能吹膜生产线，及为兴建一家新仓库融资。

税率减．推新产品．信利净利或改善

（吉隆坡8日讯）信利资源（SLP，7248，主板工业产品组）2017财政年首季净利逊色，但分析员认为新保健产品业务可推高下半年营收，加上税率减少，其余季度表现有望改善。

截至2017财政年首季为止，信利资源录得450万令吉净利，虽符合肯纳格研究预测，但因首季实际税率高达25%，加上原料价格的波动，该公司核心净利按年挫33%。

根据肯纳格研究，在赚幅较高的新保健产品推出后，或可为该公司2017至2018财政年带来更高的8至10%营收，高于2016财政年约3%贡献。

斥资1300万扩充

此外，以信利资源手上净现金计，该行预测，该公司将为2017至2018财政年各支出1300万令吉资本开销，为现有厂房添加机械、增设仓库。该行料其扩充计划可为2017财政年其余3季带来较低的实际税率，即19%，相对首季的25%。

管理层估计，扩充计划可将该公司产能在2019财政年或之前，推高58%至3万8000公吨。

信利资源次季净利劲挫57.84% 派息1.5仙

（吉隆坡4日讯）归咎于塑料树脂平均价格企高，导致原料成本增加，信利资源（SLP Resources Bhd）截至2017年6月30日止的财政年次季（2017财年次季）净利劲挫57.84%至256万令吉，或每股1.87仙，同期则净赚607万令吉，或每股2.45仙。

然而，随着本地客户的食品包装产品需求企高，从而令软塑包装产品的国内销售额增加，次季营业额也按年增长2.53%至4323万令吉，上财年同季录得4216万令吉。

该集团今日向大马交易所报备，将在截至2017年12月31日止的财年（2017财年）派发每股1.5仙的首次中期股息，派息日定于10月5日。

总结上半年的业绩表现，信利资源净利萎缩40.55%至663万令吉，或每股3.93仙，相比同期的1115万令吉，或每股4.51仙。

与此同时，合共3季营业额也按年扩增2.74%至8921万令吉，同期累计8684万令吉。

展望未来，信利资源表示，该集团将透过执行一系列的流程提升和扩张计划，着重于加强营运和财务表现，以期达至更佳的营运和成本效益。

“由此可见，本集团预估，2017财年的其余季度将录得令人满意的业绩表现。”
