在他的日记里曾三次提到并写到。。。
he mentioned 3 times in his diary...

" 如果将来有一个学科能代替科学，
这一学科唯一的是佛教。"
"If there is a subject which can replace Science,
then this subject must be nothing else but the teaching of Buddhism"

"如果有一个能应付现代科学要求
又能与科学共存的宗教，
那必定是佛教。"
"if there is a religion that can fulfil the needs of modern science yet co-exist with it,
that must be Buddhism"


完美的宗教应该是宇宙性的，
a perfect religion must be universal,
它超越了神化得人。。。
it must transend demi-god figures,
放弃了死板的信条教义及
主从观念。
give up conventional religious teaching and blind worships.

基于物质与精神的经验而浑为一体。
It must be based on the interaction between physics and spiritual experiences
那只有佛教
才能完全符合这些条件。。。
only Buddhism can fulfil all these criteria.
