"Of course we're going to be working on L4D2, yeah. New content, the works, no less than Left 4 Dead Classic (what we'll be renaming it to on Steam on January 12, 2010).

I can't give you all the details, obviously, but here's what I can say:
- It starts in Los Angeles, as the infection has finally reached the the west coast. The survivors are trying to reach a place they think will be zombie-free: Hawaii.
- The third campaign takes place entirely on a huge cruise ship they've commandeered as they try to reach Hawaii. It takes place over two days. The entire ship, except for them and the captain, has been turned undead, and during one point they have to defend the captain as he steers.
- Two new Special Infected: the only one I can announce right now is the Surfer, who 'surfs' on top of common infected hordes and slams into the survivors.
- Four brand-new characters, you can see some concept art there. I can only announce two though, the others are still undergoing changes. The first is a valley girl named Samantha, whose sweet sixteen was wrecked and hates the zombies for it. The second is Pedro, an illegal immigrant who doesn't speak English. 'Pilodores aqui,' you know?
- Brand new weapons, including the ability to tri-wield handguns. I know what you're thinking, but you'll have to wait for more information on that one.

Yeah, we had so many ideas for L4D2, but when it came down to it we just felt there was too much to use as downloadable content, so we're just going to release a whole 'nother game. Look for it on Steam or in stores at November 16, 2010."

这是STEAM赠送的，买GC送的CD，只是人家把他CLONE去个小小的FILES。你激活后你的STEAM帐号的NBA 2K9是免费赠送，跟NVIDIA和ATI的一样，所以应该没有违规吧。。。

就是咯, 没有硬体实物给我们看到

就算是上itune买音乐, 每次要听音乐时都不需要log in吧

一直认为, steam的游戏是通过digital distribution, 怎样都要比retail的便宜吧, 哪怕是一点点也好, retail的有盒子, CD/DVD, manual等等叻.

不过hor, 在steam买游戏, 算是为拯救地球出一份力吧

现在说经济好转是骗人的，很多公司随时都面对危机，今天好好地，明天就宣布收档了。

所以我在 Steam 买的游戏题材，是我可以取舍的，算是 risk assessment 吧。

单机游戏可以启动offline mode,问题是那些还没有下载的游戏。。。。如果公司倒闭，server肯定也是关了，不知道去哪里下
